04/7/2018 14:28 | From management POV it is very logical. The market is offering them money, so they'll take it. They don't need to worry about dilution, because they don't hold any shares. From a shareholder POV, i'd be less impressed | bmcb5
04/7/2018 14:28 | Clouds appearing in the sky ..... that's it, UK summer over. Will have to pull up skyscanner and see about so more sunshine Med way. | whattheduce
04/7/2018 14:28 | come 2:30 wooooooooooosh | datait
04/7/2018 14:28 | market makers have been trying to hold this back, not long before they let it go. | datait
04/7/2018 14:25 | market makers will take what ever shares you want to sell so all looking very good. what this shoot up soon enough. | datait
04/7/2018 14:25 | Of course it's logical...nothing is a given...that's why they're carrying out extended flow tests to prove commerciality...but they're obviously confident because of the previous outstanding flow of high quality oil...Tick Tock Boom!!!:-) | moneymunch
04/7/2018 14:23 | And the one thing that SS is not and that is a bare faced liar. | kemche
04/7/2018 14:22 | ..so confident they chose to raise now, at a lower price than they could once they announce these amazing flows? Nice logic | bmcb5
04/7/2018 14:22 | And YA was their preferred method as per SS. | kemche
04/7/2018 14:20 | The YA was a necessary because of the delays at BB and so their options were limited at the time. The terms of the YA were favourable and has now been cleared in a timely manner....Ukog are now cash flush with £12.5m in the bank..there ain't many Aim listed companies that can raise £7m at a 110% premium to the previous £5.5m placing 3 weeks earlier...and speaks volumes that many are confident of successful flow tests at HH...On and Up!!! ;-) | moneymunch
04/7/2018 14:19 | In keeping with the strong leader / weak bladder scenario postulated by a knowledgeable poster of this parish. | kemche
04/7/2018 14:19 | Ah Kemche. Thinking outside of the box. I like that :) | bmcb5
04/7/2018 14:18 | lol mm. No, I've got a steady afternoon, just sat in the sun. You keep up the good work. I look forward to seeing how high you can drive this. You'll know when i'm getting interested on the short side, because i'll start to talk about hard facts, rather than just banter. Until then, i'm just having fun. This board doesn't need facts. GLA ;-) | bmcb5
04/7/2018 14:17 | Schlumberger could soon find themselves on the receiving end of a bid! | kemche
04/7/2018 14:13 | Lol bmcb, ain't you got anything better to do you sad troll...Schlumberger are working with Ukog, and so who knows what they might decide to do on confirmation of commercial recoverable volumes....Schlumber | moneymunch
04/7/2018 14:10 | why not another YA loan? Last November, you were all suggesting it was a good thing | bmcb5
04/7/2018 14:09 | Not at all, I'm just stating the facts...how else would you expect Ukog to fund their activities, surely not another YA loan....Ukog have plenty of cash now and are on the brink of potential transformational game changing news from HH...Gl :-) | moneymunch
04/7/2018 14:08 | Maybe the 2m this morning was Schlumberger, as you kept suggesting last year mm? I bet they're gutted to have missed the chance to buy in pre BB, especially as they're world leading experts, have a strategy to buy into oil companies, and had the inside knowledge. Why oh why did they not buy last Autumn at 7p+ Why are they still not buying? | bmcb5
04/7/2018 14:05 | Is there a glass big enough in your household to contain your enthusiasm MM. I mean, half-full is one thing, but your like overflowing! | whattheduce
04/7/2018 14:03 | No they're not...each fund raise has allowed Ukog to carryout their operational development committments at that time...they now have enough for the next 18 months as well as a potential acquisition as hinted in today's Rns....regardless of successful flow tests at HH ( and sale of test oil ), oil production isn't expected until 2019 and therefore they need to be in a strong cash position until that time, and with £12.5m in the bank their cash position has never been stronger. Gl :-) | moneymunch
04/7/2018 13:57 | wtd - yes I do understand, there is no way of contacting the company as they ignore us everytime. Who writes these RNS's do we know who they use? Wondering if there is a way through the back door | gismo
04/7/2018 13:57 | SS must be working on the principal that he needs to do everything twice! | hans christian andersen
04/7/2018 13:53 | Problem is Gismo, the previous statements from November 2017 onwards with each successive fund raise have been unequivocal - fully funded! That is why even the hardiest loyal pi is grinding their teeth a little and wondering what to expect next. More placings and so fully funded through to the next world cup? The dilution is not an issue, the RNS declarations on each funding are. | whattheduce
04/7/2018 13:49 | mmmmmmmm........ Here's a thought. That portacabin is not offices, windows far too small and perhaps a little on the large side for loos. But it could be a mobile analysis laboratory! | whattheduce |
