I'm aware Mikey from correspondence with the FCA they are aware of issues but shorting and 'share clubs' is not illegal. What they can go on is manipulating a market and insider dealing and welcome any leads. Monday's events and the timing is a good strong lead for them. If they think they can build a case, then yes there will be an inquiry. With luck, and if the connection with a mm is true, then they may finally be able to open up a market rigging inquiry by the mm's themselves. We can only hope there is enough evidence from Monday so the FCA can open everything up.

Anything on the grapevine regarding MR.SS presentation today.???
I know he would not be able to talk about sensitive issues like bopd as a RNS would have to be issued prior to the presentation. BUT it's been on the quiet front regarding presentation ??

wtd- -IMO the TANKER was for cleaning. SS is very difficult to read as to when he will issue news on Flow Test results. Will he hold off until we get/or if the Results are good?? His Achilles Heal is that he is sometimes economical with the ´truth´??

copied from LSE---- Whilst in itself the article is beefing up UKOG it is rather mis-leading when it speaks about Gatwick Gusher and then ´disappointing flow test results´!!?? To me implying they are referring to HH, but obviously they have omitted to state the disappointing flow tests were from BB---these journos do sometimes need to be more clear!! We are in a period of great anticipation and therefore until we get news the share price will go no where. Obviously as a LTH I hope for great Flow Test results, but until we get the results nothing is guaranteed!
