Edgin 2% of your portfolio is good risk management and you cant have any regrets about that - it's sensible investing and could easily have gone the other way - still might !

Well, there you go. Good RNS for holders and will definitely drive some excitement. Anyone who got in before that will no doubt have done well.

Before anyone gets too excited please do consider the cash position - oil is great, but a business it does not make. You may bemoan me for being a negative nelly, but this excitement happened previously with HH-1 and the chart says it all as to what happened next.

Anyway, I won't say anything further on that as I've made this point several times. Enjoy.

Well done, however BB-1 is 100% wi and about x20 the size of the Brockham licence. But good for ANGS holders in that they've managed to get into Holmwood which is now materially prospective.

About the most important sentence in the whole release, this saturated live oil is therefore stratagraphic without known boundaries or closures. Unfortunately I only took 2% of my porty, should have upped it to 5%. Well done MM you've had an excellent result, I'm sure you and ray are both well chuffed and lots more results to come.

Excellent news folks, first 160ft core retrieved and further coring taking place. I guess they'll probably have finished coring over the weekend. This first section seems to be very extensive, KL-4 seems to be much thicker than the 30m expected as further cores to be taken. Oil saturated and heavily oil stained as well as more wet gas. Sounds very like a mirror image of Brockham to date. Perhaps their best well in the play to date. Great that there's lots of natural fractures down there too. Man can't wait until we get the full details of all 4 of these limestones. Time to get strapped in now.

I think MMs will keep any rise suppressed until the next RNS to fend off the sell (just before) news brigade, especially on a Friday.
