OK. Let us accept that the placing is done and dusted. How do you explain today's stagnant share price when UKOG is a (insert any of Moneymunch's superlatives here) company? Why does the market disagree with your assessment?

Ps kev...where do YOU think the shares came from on 31/5/16.....10 trades all at 1.62p plus amounting to 149m shares...where are they from and who was holding them c5% plus of shares in issue including the placing shares??? Tia :-)

Big news next week imho and massive upside more than likely from this bargain low, acquisition news , reserves upgrade and maybe a holdings Rns from a fully funded Ukog with billion barrel potential.......the detractors are out in force on the other thread and presumably are trying to deter investors , another buy signal if there ever was one....get in now and enjoy the ride as Ukog develops HH and transfroms from small cap explorer to a leading UK mid cap producer. Exciting times and transformational upside ahead.......BUY BUY BUY!!!! ;-)))

Regardless, that's a rhetorical question. Of course the placing hasn't been dealt with yet.

ps We would sill need evidence of share trade data if the fund manager was moving shares to other recipients, and and the massive trades on Tuesday all above 1.62p ( possibly representing c50% of the placing shares ) suggested some were off loaded, no big trades yesterday and low volume, and so presumably there is still c50% held over 5% of share issue, and so they will need some good news and a higher share price if they want to shift enough at a profit to get below 3%.

A buy signal regardless. gl ;-

Lol don't be ridiculous funky, Ukog's prospects and potential are still outstanding with the likelihood of so much high quality oil at HH and across the Weald, and are now fully funded for any further acquisition and the development of HH. The reserves upgrade is now due and potentially could add considerable value on release. Gla holders..Significant upside more than likely. ;-)

Er, not if they've been forward sold, which it would appear a fair few already have. That'll create an overhang which will be incredibly difficult to shift despite any news. Sorry, I think you've been stitched up here.

Well if they don't plan to declare, then they need the share price higher and Ukog to release some good news in those 3 days if they want to shift them at a profit. A buy signal whatever their intentions. Gl ;-)

Brent back to $50 plus from $48 plus since today's Opec announcement......Gla holders.....perfect timing again for the imminent reserves upgrade and added value for the revised estimation of recoverable oil at HH and across the Weald.....$70 forecast for the second half of 2016.........massive profit and revenue stream for the sale of the 90 day production flowtest oil. ;-)

No signs today funky, which suggests to me all transactions were completed on Tuesday ( in an orderly fashion) to prevent any panic and avoid too much mayhem on official admission day, which again suggests we're more likely to get news of who might be holding them, and so hopefully a holdings Rns before acquisition news and reserves upgrade.....let's see what happens indeed....gl ;-)

I think we shall get news of further investments into the other HH holders. This is all good at a time oil price is rising and will continue to do so which will make the news to come far more interesting. Nothing to worry about here folks great buying opp I continue to buy and when this starts to move you will reap the rewards, average down is certainly not a bad thing if you can afford it.

The £4m fund raising at this stage of proceedings is to take advantage of Mpet's financial distress and their decision to off load HH and other Weald interests, and no doubt it has also facilitated the opportunity for one or more major investor to buy into Ukog ( at a discount ) and so hopefully a holdings Rns or two will confirm their long term intentions. Gl :-) Big news coming 🚀

So, are we saying still no serious II or investor interested in this share or is it just yet another scheme to line the pockets of some?
The only peeps that seem to dip out are the PI's who suddenly see the total in the positive column of the share portfolio dropping substantially.
Perhaps it will become clearer when or if we get a holdings update.
I see some sub 1.5p trades have snook in already.

Ps the majority of massive trades on Tuesday all looked like buys, their mates were paying 1.62 plus for 25mln pllus.....gl :-)

Under 20mln shares traded today and no big trades and therefore no placing shares changing hands imho....that happened on Tuesday when c50% were imho and all for 1.62p plus........a couple of holdings Rns more than likely imho, and the majority of placing shares held for long term investment for the same transformational opportunity that we're all looking to..gla holders big news imminent and significant upside more than likely. :-)

No-one knows for sure but quite possible that some subscribers may try to make a turn on the 1.50. If any had been holders before the subscription they could well have lightened their load in advance of getting the new shares. Quite clearly other holders considered and acted on this by selling, which is why the price has fallen back. But that avenue is over now that the bid has fallen below 1.50.

Why do you think there's been over 100m changing hands.
Lining their friends pockets.
You are all just averaging down.
Yep I'm still long (for another 4 months)then will sell if they have not shown me enough to stay in that time. ( gov interaction, long term flows completed etc)
