Lol a tad too optimistic near term, although a stellar upgrade with fast track approval then who knows, and every chance by the time the 90 day production flowtest is underway, but plenty of upside from this bargain low share price now, with little chance of getting in lower for those waiting for a drop. Onwards and upwards....gla holders. :-)

Profit takers being mopped up with some very large buys going through, and a few reported late. Those selling now will not get back in cheaper imho. A sudden and significant re-rate more than likely. Gla holders ;-)

Upward momentum from now on in to reflect the transformational prospects and potential........Nutech/Xodus reserves upgrade and estimation of recoverable volume anytime now with a re-rating more than likely, especially on news of any early Uk Govt/Agency approvals for HH's 90 day production flowtest expected this year. Gla Exciting times for those invested. ;-)

The emerging-market investment pioneer Mark Mobius said he expects oil prices to rebound to US$60 a barrel by the end of the year as the supply of crude shrinks, giving a measure of relief to major oil producers like the UAE and other Arabian Gulf nations. Oil prices have shot up by almost 20 per cent in the last three months since declining by as much as 70 per cent since mid-2014.

“Oil is already rebounding," said Mr Mobius, the executive chairman of Templeton Emerging Markets Group.“ We think it will continue. It’s quite possible for $60 a barrel. I know that most people would not venture that. People would say no, $40, or $50. People tend to look back but I think it could quite possibly surge up to $60 by the end of the year for a number of factors."

Money managers turned the most bullish since May as West Texas Intermediate crude climbed to a five-month high on optimism that falling U.S. production and rising fuel demand will trim the global glut.

Oil prices finished their best month in a year on Friday and are headed back toward $50 a barrel, bringing some relief to beleaguered energy producers even though they reported some of their worst quarterly results in years.

Benchmark U.S. oil futures rose 20% in April, despite a slight slip Friday, and have surged 75% since bottoming out in February at a 13-year low. The rally has been more powerful than most analysts and investors anticipated.

Declining U.S. production, corporate cost-cutting and production outages around the world have raised hopes that the crude-oil glut might be easing.

UK Onshore Oil & Gas: Planning and Environment Summit

An energy revolution is underway. The government have set out the vital role gas will play in the UK’s transition to a low-carbon and energy secure future. The 14th Onshore Oil and Gas Licensing Round will enable a significant amount of the UK’s shale gas prospects to be taken forward to be explored and tested safely. The process is not without controversy with concerns over environmental impacts and noise pollution resulting in legal appeals and public demonstrations. How can stakeholders work together to reach the best decisions for both local communities and national need?


New rules require councils to hit tougher targets for determining applications or face government intervention and the risk of sanctions. Councils must now determine at least 50 per cent of onshore oil and gas applications within 13 weeks or 16 weeks if an Environmental Impact Assessment is required. Such planning decisions are technical and subject to overlapping regulatory regimes based on planning, environmental and safety authorisations. 2016 will see a major acceleration in application activity, what do councils need to have in place to ensure they can cope with demand and new decision timescales?

The UK Onshore Oil & Gas: Planning & Environment Summit will give help, guidance and support to local councils to ensure they have the right and most accurate information to help make good decisions on applications in their area.

‘The Shale Gas Revolution?’

It has been estimated that due to the decline in domestic gas reserves Britain will be importing three quarters of its natural gas by 2030. The British Geological Survey estimates that Bowland Shale in the North of England contains 1,300 trillion cubic feet of gas whilst in Southern England shale rocks hold 4.4bn barrels of oil. There is however vehement opposition to fracking in terms of the risks to the environment, the threat to the health of local communities, and disruption to the quality of life of local people. The future of fracking and its place in the energy jigsaw is still open to debate.
