10/6/2008 08:10 | Interesting, share price now wound back to close yesterday's gap up, Informa up 3.66% as I type. Private equity to make a play for INF? | enami
09/6/2008 11:08 | Possible merger with Informa. Market caps of the combined companies should be well over 3 billion and therefore candidate for FTSE100 entry. | enami
05/6/2008 11:34 | Pre-close Trading Update due Thursday 26 June. So the transfer of company registration to Jersey is approved, effective date of the Scheme 30 June, there should be no stamp duty on purchases of the New UBM shares. However as the tax base will be in Ireland there are some differences. Dividend withholding tax Dividends paid by New UBM will generally be subject to Irish dividend withholding tax (DWT) at the standard rate of income tax (currently 20 per cent.) unless the shareholder is within one of the categories of exempt shareholders. See the prospectus for new UBM shares and if you hold shares in a nominee account make sure your account provider applies for exemption | enami
15/5/2008 12:51 | Seems quite positive today following the AGM and publication of the prospectus to re-list in Jersey with tax base in Ireland. | enami
07/5/2008 13:25 | Nice push upwards out of that consolidation zone. Close to my 621 target (post 67) | enami
30/4/2008 10:37 | Very quiet here. Consolidating nicely at this level. Upside target 621 if market is positive. Moving tax base to Ireland taken as positive I guess. CLICK THUMBNAIL TO ENLARGE | enami

01/10/2007 10:14 | I reckon it could break to 20-day and hit the 50-day MA again. Came up on a scan. Not sure if it would break the 50-day. Looks like support now. The fact the company announced buying 100k of its own shares for cancellation on Friday must be seen as positive. Here's a snapshot just now: | flateric |
