15/4/2016 11:18 | mudbath, The 105m shares issued in the November placing were TYR shares. See the last bit of the RNS. TYR shares of US nationals will not be converted to TYRU. All to do with the tax treaties signed between the USA & other nations. | michaelsadvfn
15/4/2016 10:54 | If TYR shares automatically migrate to become TYRU after 12 months, how is it that any TYR stock remains for surely every share would or will have changed denomination? | mudbath
15/4/2016 09:27 | It was this article that resulted in the share price rising from 4.5p to 22p+... | michaelsadvfn
15/4/2016 09:23 | I wonder if this will be the subject of a weekend paper tip now we have the update from the results. From memory I think The Mail on Sunday tipped the company a while ago..... Nobby | nobbygnome
15/4/2016 08:37 | Add Professor Pettigrew to that list. | michaelsadvfn
15/4/2016 08:33 | Indeed nobby.Corrientes was another one.So kind of them to offer their expert opinion here (at no cost). The market is currently showing them/us the value of those opinions. | wigwammer
15/4/2016 08:29 | Where would the mm's have gotten 4.65m shares from? Something not quite as it seems. | michaelsadvfn
15/4/2016 08:26 | Another 1.55m buy... that's 3 x 1.55m showing from the last coyple of days - I think 5p is the new bottom. | mohammedalibusiness
15/4/2016 07:54 | We haven't heard from Harold recently! If I recall correctly he is a pharmacist with his own shop and said Vamousse would never sell because it was too expensive. Well he was clearly wrong.....and then there are all the other products as well Nobby | nobbygnome
14/4/2016 22:53 | Good to see real progress on many fronts with revenue rising nicely. The problem with this company over the years has been nice ideas but no revenue to show for it. This is now changing and one assumes the market cap will adjust accordingly from current distressed levels. It is always encouraging to see directors buying too. | deepvalueinvestor
14/4/2016 20:39 | Another trade reported for 1.55m shares (@ 4.875p/share) after the market close which matches the earlier 1.55m shares (@ 5.00p/share). That's a nice risk free turn worth £1.9K to the market maker. It would be nice if the recipient of the shares turned out to be the new chairman. | timbo003
14/4/2016 17:24 | Wow - some monster buys today! Some are just showing up now. | mohammedalibusiness
14/4/2016 12:23 | >>>Madfvn I may be Cantors selling at 4.98, but it is more likely one of the other MMs. If a MM is showing 5.00 offer, all that means is that they agree to sell shares on trades up to the normal market size and charge you no more than 5.00, they can opt not to accept any online trades should they so wish (they will just turn off the online facility). The NMS is probably around 5,000 shares for TYRU (I haven't checked), so it wouldn't do Cantors much damage if they were to sell a few at 5.00, however, they are no doubt aware that one of the other MMs will sell online for under 5p on a much larger trade size. edit: I've just checked, the NMS is 20,000 for TYRU and 15,000 for TYR | timbo003
14/4/2016 12:07 | Anyone got a target price for these? | trulyscrumptious
14/4/2016 11:54 | Why are they then selling now at 4.98? They are the ones on the offer. | michaelsadvfn
14/4/2016 11:46 | Looks like a sell to me, Cantors lowered their bid at the same time as the trade went through | timbo003
14/4/2016 11:34 | 1.55m buy @ 5. Nice to see big lumps taken out. | michaelsadvfn
14/4/2016 10:13 | Wookie, You will need to have completed a W8-BEN form to trade TYR shares. | michaelsadvfn
14/4/2016 10:04 | From my understanding Wookie - TYR shares convert into TYRU shares after 1 year - so some people buy them when they are cheaper than TYRU. But they are a lot more illiquid. TYRU is a better option for me. | mohammedalibusiness
14/4/2016 09:41 | Whats the difference between TYRU and TYR? | wookie77
14/4/2016 09:27 | The book is all over the place - one second I was being offered 5.5p and the next I was being offered 3.02p! | mohammedalibusiness
14/4/2016 09:11 | What did I say about exploding.... | nobbygnome
14/4/2016 09:08 | Just been quoted 5p to sell 50k. Make that 5.1p | michaelsadvfn
14/4/2016 09:05 | Bid is 4.9p for 300k - above mid price. | mohammedalibusiness |
