The 105m shares issued in the November placing were TYR shares. See the last bit of the RNS.

TYR shares of US nationals will not be converted to TYRU.

All to do with the tax treaties signed between the USA & other nations.

If TYR shares automatically migrate to become TYRU after 12 months,how is it that any TYR stock remains for surely every share would or will have changed denomination?

Another 1.55m buy... that's 3 x 1.55m showing from the last coyple of days - I think 5p is the new bottom.

We haven't heard from Harold recently! If I recall correctly he is a pharmacist with his own shop and said Vamousse would never sell because it was too expensive. Well he was clearly wrong.....and then there are all the other products as well

Good to see real progress on many fronts with revenue rising nicely. The problem with this company over the years has been nice ideas but no revenue to show for it. This is now changing and one assumes the market cap will adjust accordingly from current distressed levels. It is always encouraging to see directors buying too.

Another trade reported for 1.55m shares (@ 4.875p/share) after the market close which matches the earlier 1.55m shares (@ 5.00p/share). That's a nice risk free turn worth £1.9K to the market maker.

It would be nice if the recipient of the shares turned out to be the new chairman.

I may be Cantors selling at 4.98, but it is more likely one of the other MMs.

If a MM is showing 5.00 offer, all that means is that they agree to sell shares on trades up to the normal market size and charge you no more than 5.00, they can opt not to accept any online trades should they so wish (they will just turn off the online facility).

The NMS is probably around 5,000 shares for TYRU (I haven't checked), so it wouldn't do Cantors much damage if they were to sell a few at 5.00, however, they are no doubt aware that one of the other MMs will sell online for under 5p on a much larger trade size.


edit: I've just checked, the NMS is 20,000 for TYRU and 15,000 for TYR

From my understanding Wookie - TYR shares convert into TYRU shares after 1 year - so some people buy them when they are cheaper than TYRU.

But they are a lot more illiquid. TYRU is a better option for me.
