No wonder I barely post on this site now.

It's just pointless trying to educate those who refuse to accept the truth.

You may well have a point there. But the profit margin have increased and that they are making money ,is a good sign. This is not a basket case buissness, they are ground breaking and an innovative company ,that is solvent. There loan is with the parent company as opposed to a foreign bank!!

Because the results are rubbish.

Burning cash and so they have finally managed to make less profit than a fish and chip shop after 20 years of trying and burning through so much money. They are technically insolvent and rely on constant funding from major shareholder who must have decided they have had enough and want their money back via a sale of the business (love to see who will buy this and if so what price they will get)

20 years now of bulletin boards and they are the worst they have ever been with people who have no clue posting tosh or refusing to post how it is when grim.

For some reason the market does not like this stock. Even with the company in profit its not being reflected in the share price.

Profit For 2nd quarter in a row!

gross profit up 251%!!!!!!!!!

Gearing themselves up for a takeover imho

Carlos Neves, Chief Executive Officer, said:

"We are pleased to announce that TPS has made a pre-tax profit for the second consecutive quarter with revenue increasing by 19% over last quarter and 24% over the corresponding quarter in 2014 while maintaining a 41% gross margin.

The sustained recovery in the business is the result of initiatives implemented since 2012 and the culture of continuous improvement embraced by all employees at TPS. We are all proud of what has been achieved, whilst conscious of the focus we have to maintain on our strategic objectives.

The current order book and the short term opportunities reaffirm the Board's confidence in our performance for the rest of the financial year."

Read the whole RNS fantastic progress!

They've just won a major award for their tech. Why no RNS? Expect this to fly on news of this award and further profit in results due soon. I'll be buying all I can at this price. Dyor.

TPS golden cross next week and news on the sale of the business is overdue. Looks cheap again at this level.

Very quick mover aswell.

Or you decline to elaborate and prefer to live in 2014

What a dull set of results. On this basis nobody will pay more than 0.3 pps, or £10m mcap PLUS £11m debt! So anyone waiting for a "bid" to emerge will be disappointed imho.

Well the results now state they are profitable and the outlook looks very positive indeed!

Too much info to go through as at work but will drill down later.

Nice spike again. But you only have to look at the chart at the top of the page to see that whenever it spikes up it always comes down just as quick. Skill here is buying at the bottom, waiting for the spike, then selling, repeat and rinse. Buying the spike itself is risky. Unless you are a rare breed these days, an investor, in which case buy and hold. I think this will only go up and stay there once some really positive news about the fundamentals comes out. Results are tomorrow and I'm not expecting anything great yet. As for the sale or contracts, I'm not expecting any news on those tomorrow because that would come when available, not held back. Probably just see something in the CEO statement about 'looking at options' etc.. Aimho, dyor, etc...
