This company is always at the brink as it requires cash flow injections to survive via tranches of convertible bonds.It is nothing unusual. Someone buys these convertible bonds in essence "dilluting" the value of the shares of existing stock holders as they can earn a massive profit in case the stock peaks from some positive news. Keeping negotiations to the last minute adds some leverage to the buyer against existing holders.Reality is that if the tranche buyers doesnt get interested in this stock anymore then this TW is doomed. However considering the current global scenario and security concerns there might be interest after all. |

No company debt, masssive growth potential in the worlds biggest health market the United States where it's already in 21 clinical settings, best in class next generation MRI. Revenues rising up 3000% to $3mil for 2024 and doubling again next to $6mil in 2025. 1.6p and gap to fill to 3.2p, so 100% rise just to fill the technical gap. ATH 100p. My target is recovery to 25p.
Cash runway to minimum of Q2 2026, looks set to be extended given revenues ahead of expectations.

Yes I know the mine itself still exists, I remember Wolf. Still they need to raise plenty of capex I would assume. I'll DMOR in the coming days. Trump incoming may depress mining shares IMO, although we'll see. |
The mine already exists from Wolfe Minerals.
However it is the ore processing plant which has major problems.
Watching from the sidelines at the moment, still think this will drop sub 2p short term. |

"Tungsten West (LON:TUN), the mining company focused on restarting production at the Hemerdon tungsten and tin mine ("Hemerdon" or the "Project") in Devon, UK, announces a delay in the completion and publication of its audited accounts for the year ended 31 March 2024 while the Company progresses its Tranche F funding under the Convertible Loan Notes ("CLN"), comfort over which is required for the auditors to sign off on going concern. Accordingly, a temporary suspension of trading in the Company's shares took effect from 7:30am BST today, 1 October 2024.
The Company has received letters of comfort from certain key investors that they will support the Tranche F funding and anticipates that it will be in a position to provide an update and publish its final results shortly, following which trading in its shares will be restored. A further announcement will be made in due course." |

Naturally with low liquidity shares, there is no real volume to move the price either way and brokers increase their spreads which locks any movement until volume returns. |
Out of curiosity, why the low liquidity stock tends to fluctuate around a certain price? Is this related on automated purchase and sell orders? |
