7 March 2023 - Tullow Oil plc ("the Company") announces in accordance with LR 9.6.14 that Sheila Khama, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Base Resources Limited, with effect from 1 March 2023. Base Resources Limited is listed on the AIM in London.
