The immigration laws have been very destructive

Germany had an aging population issue. Econ issue. It's the real reason they let them in. Still regretting it now though

The US has tried to convince the UK that various people are our enemies, esp. In the Middle East. That has led to millions of refugees trying to get to Europe. So one could argue that American military intervention is the problem not the solution.
