10/10/2016 16:30 | Putins Russia is pumping oil flat out, they are probably destroying oilfields to do that, I think they can't pump at that rate anyway, so they are happy to say they will cut.Similar for Saudi, they are pumping beyond natural limits, they always cut back after summer season where air conditioning increases their internal usage.Having said that, I think there is real impetus this time in oil producers cutting production and increasing their margins. | che7win
10/10/2016 16:28 | I have azalea filtered for his constant de-ramping but I'll take a chance and comment on his post: "LOL" | kevjones2
10/10/2016 16:20 | The problem with Russia planning to join OPEC in an attempt to freeze/cut output, is Iran, both of whom are supporting the brutal Assad regime in Syria. Iran is racing to restore its pre oil sanctions production level of 4.5m bpd; any freeze on its production levels would severely affect the country's income which it needs to pay Boeing and Airbus for aircraft orders running into billions of dollars. Ironically, it also need a great deal of money to finance the military equipment it is ordering from Russia for use by Assad's forces. Interesting times ahead once the next US president has been decided. | azalea
10/10/2016 16:09 | shorters will close their positions soon and this will rocket up again, oil price will increase as supply is reduced to meet demand by year end. | sh1984
10/10/2016 15:47 | Oil up 3.3%!Got to be mad to be short of these with Putin joining ranks with OPEC. | che7win
10/10/2016 13:34 | Brent up 76 cents | che7win
10/10/2016 13:28 | This is starting to look really interesting. The shorters are fighting among themselves, as one increases, another reduces. POO is steady/edging upwards, putting more pressure on. The risk/reward seems to be steadily switching positive. | argylerich
10/10/2016 12:36 | Strong bounce from the low this morning. | che7win
10/10/2016 08:34 | All the big trades are buys | warwick69

10/10/2016 08:31 | Oil nearly unchanged from 16.30 Friday so this sell off way way overdone | warwick69
10/10/2016 08:27 | Shorters will be controlling the price moves they are the active players this will be an attempt to improve their averages | warwick69
10/10/2016 08:21 | Always a good chance it was going to pullback from the key 280p level, plus POO is down. I'm anticipating another crack at the 280 level this week. | suffersnofools
10/10/2016 08:20 | Big players trying to get some shares at a lower price | specul82
