Posted at 17/5/2016 09:26 by quepassa Pretty negative reports on pages 20 and 21 of today's FT in my opinion.Lombard has got it spot on. It seems clear in my opinion that Icap/ Nex is ditching outdated voice-broking by stuffing all voice brokering into Tulletts and sees the way forward as electronic markets under the new name of Nex. My view is that Tulletts will slowly implode over the coming years as voice intervention in financial markets becomes less and less desirable, less and less frequent, more and more regulated and costly. ALL IMO. DYOR. QP |
Posted at 12/5/2016 08:36 by my retirement fund Looks like another good market update to me from this world leading electronic and voice interdealer brokerage firm. The share price seems extremely undervalued at first eyelash with a PE approaching 10 and dividend yield around 7%. Business is up despite the awful performance of European stockmarkets (and yes that includes the UK which is part of Europe even though it seems to pretend its part of the American plate) |

Posted at 06/11/2015 09:49 by quepassa For the record.Recent Broker recommendations. Yesterday 5th. Numis UPGRADE to BUY with TARGET PRICE of 450p Today 6th. NUMIS REITERATE BUY with TARGET PRICE of 430p ( marginally down from yesterday's 450p) Numis are indicating that they see some 30% UPSIDE to current share price. ALL IMO> DYOR. QP |

Posted at 03/8/2015 15:44 by quepassa Strong start to the month for Tulletts with a price move up to 412p.Positive article in this week's Investors Chronicl which correctly points out that Tulletts continues to trade at a discount to competitor ICAP who trade on a tighter p/e ratio than the 12x of Tulletts. I would expect this discount to narrow in due course and for this to be reflected in an increased share price in short order given the robust standing and outlook of the business. ALL IMO> DYOR. QP |
Posted at 10/7/2015 08:29 by darias From Que Pasa's "posh thread"10 Jul'15 - 08:22 - 83 of 83 0 0 On 7th. July Barclays issued a Broker Note and REITERATE their EQUAL WEIGHT recommendation on Tulletts with a slight increase in TARGET PRICE to 365p. With the enormous recent market volatility, I continue to think that trading will be very buoyant this year for Tulletts. However, Numis at a TARGET PRICE of 420p seems more likely to me. But what is quite clear is that BROKER SENTIMENT has turned from NEUTRAL/SELL last year/early this year to POSITIVE/BUY since Q1 2015. This all bodes well for the share price prospects for Tulletts. What que Pasa does not seem to understand is that Brokers usually follow the herd rather than lead it. So that is why "Broker Sentiment" changed from "Neutral/sell" to "Positive/Buy" now. Brokers missed the upturn and will also miss the downturn. As Que Pasa says, and take heed. DYOR |
