24/1/2024 07:56 | RvR - I use AJBell; and can trade EBOX every time, no problem! | skyship
24/1/2024 00:05 | I just read the Q&A transcript on the FY and Fitch placed them on a negative watch last year. Perhaps need another 70 Million (very approx) of disposals to alter to stable..? barring something left field on marco or business specific. | essentialinvestor
23/1/2024 23:59 | EBOX shares with Barclays, HL and IG, and City Index for spreadbets, BOXE on IG spreadbets. I think BOXE is still the more liquid as it is in the natural currency. I've not looked out for arbitrage but with tight spreads I presume there never is one. | hpcg
23/1/2024 21:43 | riskvsreward. Unless this has changed recently ii will allow trades in EBOX but it means a phone call and then the buy is at usual on line dealing rate. | kenmitch
23/1/2024 21:27 | @riskvsreward Use the ISIN for EBOX, on AJB platform. GB00BG382L74 | eeza
23/1/2024 21:14 | Looking at their debt profile the 500 Million that needs refinancing by mid 2026 that may be weighing a bit? - at an ultra low current rate. The counter to the above is this is allowed for in the price. Further chunky disposals near NAV would be supportive. | essentialinvestor
23/1/2024 20:57 | Which broker you guy use that let you buy ebox? Neither AJ BELL or II will allow one buy ebox but allow one buy boxe. | riskvsreward
23/1/2024 20:41 | EBOX is the Sterling stock, BOXE is in Euros. I hold EBOX. | lord gnome
23/1/2024 19:37 | Are you folks holding EBOX in GBP or €?. There appears to be 2 options - I've not really looked at this in any detail previously. | essentialinvestor
23/1/2024 18:46 | Interesting that bond gone from c80c to c90c.over a year .. Yet equity down.. | bagpuss67
23/1/2024 16:52 | Equity and debt disjointed in that the 26 bond looks like it's now yielding about 4.5 (it was north of 7 only a few months ago) So credit spreads have come in considerably as BOXE has de-levered but nobody seems to have told the equity markets | williamcooper104
23/1/2024 15:38 | Unless something is eluding us, the reaction the past two weeks to a minor snap back in Euro rates is, I reckon, excessive. All things considered, I now see this as being better value than some that have recently performed. Prior to the post inflation-fall rally of 6 weeks or so back, I saw little reason to buy this as the inexpensive alternatives were many. | chucko1
23/1/2024 13:27 | Back into oversold territory! 51.5p - Discount at 41.3% & yield at 8.43% free stock charts from uk.advfn.com | skyship
23/1/2024 12:47 | I think we'll see a clear higher low around this area. The dip well down the 40s was and is difficult to account for. | hpcg
23/1/2024 12:00 | I bought some more here today as well at 51.8p. I think it's a decent low risk income payer if held in a tax wrapper. | loglorry1
23/1/2024 10:34 | Yes all back online with AJ Bell again thanks | my retirement fund
22/1/2024 11:09 | I bought some via AJ Bell this morning | buryexile
20/1/2024 14:17 | Can't seem to buy anymore of these m, AJ Bell withdrew their trading online on Thursday | my retirement fund
20/1/2024 06:51 | [EBOX.L ..worst] how about ASLI.L?!? | jonathb
19/1/2024 16:25 | Weighted debt maturity is now just over 3 years. This is still OK but implies refinancing at 4% versus the current 1.3%. This is the concern and needs addressing by reducing leverage further. If that comes to pass, this will do really well, and I have only just started buying in size - not really been in it in scale before. The recent 10% pullback improves the risk/reward significantly. (although that is pretty obvious) | chucko1
19/1/2024 14:16 | Yes I think we can safely say this has been the worst performing REIT this year (-13% YTD) I don't think this would be too badly effected by German recession as demand for the assets remains strong and quite a lot of the customers are in essentials/staples, and could even benefit if bund yield come back down. | riverman77
19/1/2024 14:13 | ...also the Interims Presentation: | skyship
19/1/2024 14:05 | Skinny - start with the Results Presentations - see Header. Sure Germany in recession and important to EBOX, though represents under 50% of the portfolio - 45%. Also the logistics sector remains in demand and in short supply. Once again the shares are looking very good value on a 40.7% discount and 8.35% yield. | skyship |
