The Company notes that, as announced by Wm Morrison Supermarkets PLC ("Morrison") today, Susanne Given, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Morrison, with immediate effect. Susanne has also been appointed to the Audit, Corporate Compliance & Responsibility, Nomination, and Remuneration Committees at Morrison.
