APPOINTMENT of NEW SENIOR independent DIRECTOR AND changes to composition of BOARD COMMITTEEs

Following a review of the Board and Committee composition, the Board of the Company is pleased to announce that Karen Whitworth is taking over the role of the Senior Independent Director from Alastair Hughes with immediate effect. Alastair will remain on the Board as a Non-Executive Director.

Karen has been a Non-Executive Director of the Company since October 2019 and is a member of the Nomination, Audit & Risk and Management Engagement Committees.

In addition, Elizabeth Brown will replace Karen as the Chair of the Management Engagement Committee and therefore, effective immediately, the membership of each Board Committee is as follows:
