Interestingly they haven't made a purchase since May last year, and their last trading update hinted that prices aren't worth chasing. Hence their concentration on development, perhaps. In fact, "Plans for selective Investment Asset disposals are already underway for the current year, with a view to recycling capital efficiently into the Company's development portfolio".
