05/1/2007 09:08 | No matter. At least he knows what a T trade is now. | frank spencer
05/1/2007 09:05 | Knowing, if the company is only going to make £2.8m in the next 2 years and need to repay £6.4m of debt, and they currently have no cash............ | clarkyboy1
04/1/2007 23:39 | 'T' If reporting a single protected transaction. A protected transaction occurs when a large order is going through the market. The buyer (or seller) may wish to keep the order anonymous from the rest of the market as the size of the order could greatly alter the price of the stock. With a protected transaction, the dealer will put the trade through in small quantities rather than knock the whole order out in one hit. The entire transaction is reported once the deal is completed. The LSE is notified at the start and at the end of the transaction. However, the market as a whole isn't told until the end, thus the order is protected. | knowing
04/1/2007 21:02 | You clearly don't understand what T trades are then. | frank spencer
04/1/2007 20:04 | Wonder if that 250K T was what has been supressing the price after all the buying. | knowing
04/1/2007 15:10 | Like to explain in more detail please ? | knowing
04/1/2007 15:05 | If Altium are only predicting a 2006 profit of £1m, and £1.8m for 2007, the prospects for 07 become self evident. | clarkyboy1
03/1/2007 14:25 | Must be a bit of an overhange looking at the last two days buying. | knowing
03/1/2007 10:15 | So what do people think the prospects for 07 are then ? | knowing
19/12/2006 12:10 | I think you're right that the directors would be silly to issue themelves with share options and not subsequently hit the £3.2m. £2.5m in 6 months is a big ask though | clarkyboy1
19/12/2006 11:20 | I think we can be absolutely certain they have hit their forecast for 2006. It would be extrordinarily incompetent if they took out options based on 2006 forecasts in mid December and didn't meet them If they are going to do £2.5m in the scond half, with interest at £600k or so, they should be in the clear in terms of cash flow to make the debt repayments. In fact they should be £1.1m in the clear before exceptionals, working capital changes and any capex. Time will no doubt tell. | kimboy2
19/12/2006 10:42 | 2006 profit forecast is £3.2m EBITA I think. They acheived £700k to the end of June so only another £2.5m to find in 6 months. | clarkyboy1
19/12/2006 08:50 | Looks like bottom ? news soon, not all gloom. | minho
18/12/2006 17:44 | What are the EBITDA forecasts for this year and next ? | kimboy2
18/12/2006 13:56 | On the basis of this announcement it seems reasonable to expect that the CEO and FD to delivery profit this year of £3m +. Interesting to note however that the Finance Director still hasn't bought any shares in the company. | clarkyboy1
18/12/2006 12:00 | Whoa - HAPPY CHRISTMAS for the FAT CATS (or should that be slightly overweight kittens) - nice options package to help the directors feel that they are in line with the big boys' bonuses in the City for oustanding performance. All bile to oneside - it should give investors confidence that TPA can make this December's £800k payment to HSBC and find £3.2m of free cash next year as well. It also means that there will be no new contract announcements before the closed period starts in the New Year. I wonder how long it will be before the Wongs decide the time is right for another 2m to hit the market? | threewheels
18/12/2006 09:57 | Those in glass houses Pippit. Come March next year (by which time the company will have had to pay a total of £1.6m in debt repayment and interest) we'll see who's right and who needs a lesson in company analysis. | clarkyboy1
14/12/2006 12:47 | Clarkyboy. The only time you agree with anyone is when they play your tune. | pippit
13/12/2006 19:40 | NOW why would a punter buy 1000000 shares?For a tax loss in DEC? | minho
10/12/2006 17:24 | Clarkyboy1 May be a placing will be on the cards,it seems that the share price could be under pressure untill there is possitive financial news to set these matters straight,I wonder what the discount will be if that is the corse that may be required? The last big sell has certainley made a dent in sentiment and the possible value of TPA. | minho
08/12/2006 13:26 | But yes, you're spot on. It's been a big issue for a while and will only get worse in about 3 weeks when they have to pay over another £800k in debt and interest payments | clarkyboy1
08/12/2006 13:26 | Nilip, whatever you do, don't start making logical, rational and coherent observations based on a thorough analysis of the number like you've just done. Pippit and others will be up in arms....!! | clarkyboy1
08/12/2006 10:58 | Guys, Is cash starting to become a big issue with TPA ? By the looks of it, they only had about 230k cash as of end of June. Running out of cash is normally the death of most tiddlers - a worry here perhaps ? | nilip
07/12/2006 17:25 | Threewheels. Thank you for the imformation,I am watching from the side lines. | minho |
