At last - a director buys some shares in TPA - Richard Atkins, the new Chairman has bought 1m @ 4.125p = £41k which is more or less one year's pay which is about the going rate. I'm amazed, hoever, that Richard Hodgson (FD) who has been there about a year hasn't yet got his cheque book out - that would really a sign of confidence by ALL the board.

As I predicted some months ago - bad results and a poor future outlook. Surprised the shares are as high as they are.

Market cap. is still far too high. In brief; they are loss making, £15.7m net debt and a negative balance sheet - of up to £13m if you write off goodwill - means the company will never pay a dividend and be unable to invest in its existing businesses.

Prices paid to buy the businnes they bought were excessive and add on the cost of 20% to raise the money to buy the businesses and you have a recipe for failure.

A rescue rights issue at 1p or less within the next 9 months is my next prediction. Otherwise businesses will be sold for what they can get for them and banks suffer the net loss, in this latter senerio shareholders get nothing.

Have been watching to get back in on this one but these results do not fill me with confidence. WIll wait for the positive newsflow to start, too much risk there will never be any.

Shares in TripleArc, a provider of technology enhanced print management
solutions, were also on offer, slipping back 0.25 to 4.75 in the wake of
disappointing full-year results.
Altium Securities analyst Andrew Nussey downgraded his 2006 estimates, but
believes patient shareholders will be rewarded and is maintaining his 'buy'
recommendation and 10 pence target.

TPA may become a great recovery story.
I would like to see some significant Director buying before I would take a position.

Off Topic. IDN looks way too cheap and this should have a nice run Up to results in June.
