Hi CR,

I made a small punt in these when you pointed these out ages ago! At about 14.5 pence. LOL! Just picked up some more today. Let's see where they go now!

I'm here because Nurdin spotted them. Still a lot of the fog of war about but I think they are on the turn and the market should start factoring that in imo.

Good luck.

CR,

I was one of the yellow sellers this am, having bght 350000 @ avge 3.45p yesterday. FWIW, I fully agree with your views and while the have'nt turned the corner altogether, I would say the best chances are that they will. So I reckon 6p at least, by June 07.

In buying, I was comforted by both your presence on this board and your views and I am grateful to you. Any other suggestions?

Thank you

So, in summary:

7 contract wins but only 2 large enough to warrant an announcement

Operating profit after exceptionals of only £1.7m

Further cash decline, and IMHO no money to pay dividends for the forseeable

Squeezing debtors, stretching creditors and extending their overdraft to meet day to day capital requirements and repay debt

£1.5m increase in net current liabilities

HSBC given a warrant over 5% of the share capital, prelude to issue of share capital to reduce debt during 2H 07?

Another 4 or 5 years of this and there'll be no shareholders funds left.

Some interesting snippets hidden in the body of the text. For example:

"Since the year end we have signed a further significant long term contract with
The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). This is the first time
that RICS has outsourced its print services. It is particularly pleasing that
we were successful in this rigorous tender process as we were able to
demonstrate our ability to seamlessly transfer the in-house print business to an
outsourced operation and offer a single-source partner for the full range of
services RICS was looking for, from data and document management to print
production, fulfilment and campaign delivery."

Reckon they should have issued a separate RNS for that !

Surprised how many jumped this am - I actually piced up a few more.

What do they say, the darkest hour is just before the dawn :-)

The bulk of the exceptions were in H1 so I think H2 is actually going far better than things look at first glance. Sort of stock where when yo do see crystal clear clean solid earnings the stock has already risen 70% or more and you're wondering how you missed the bottom.

Gives a damn good insight into the profitabilty of the operation Dell...cashflow more important I agree. But here too there is a decent progress and the new management is doing pretty well to curb the outflow.
The reduction in the share capital is also a significant development and strengthens the balance sheet enormously

I get H2/06 EBITA to be £1.5m. If you take H2 interest off you get and a PBT of £0.867m

I would expect perhaps £2.5m for 2007.

nurdin - Do you think that an EBITA figure for a company with large debt paying large amounts of interest is a useful measure then?

LOL!

Nice drop in shareholders funds, eh!

And what is that garbage about warrants for HSBC? HSBC have TPA by the short and curlies, so if they were really interested in a stake they'd just force a discounted placing, surely? My guess is that it's a little eyecatcher to try and get the share price up before they issue new stock to reduce debt....

All IMHO, DYOR etc.

Yep, results look excellent on a continuing basis imo.

Full steam ahead - average punter might need a tip sheet to tell him to buy I guess

Today we will be either up 30% or down 30%

My gut feeling with the recent price rise is up 30%+ DOW finished strongly so any good news will be amplified as the LSE will be up today

25 mins and waiting

Currently infor 300K at 2.5p so sat on a tidy profit so hoping for alot more today and the following 3-5 days before a pull back

Oops kimboy you are right... I take it back.EBITA of £2.6m for the continuing operations and pretax of £1m in H2...I ignored the disconitnued operations.
With new contracts kicking in the year just started I expect decent upgrades on forecasts, depending of course on what they say tomorrow...:o)

Hi nurdin
I may well be being optimistic. However EBITA in the H1 was £0.71m (not just continuing operations), and I believe the forecast was £2.3m for the whole year.

That would leave about £1.6m for the second half and if you knock off the £0.6m interest you get PBT of £1m.

The net debt at the year end was £15m which is the same as the interims. That could indicate that additional cash was required for working capital for the large new contracts, or it could be exceptionals or of course it could just mean my numbers are completely wrong and they didn't make a profit in H2.

Not a first offence I would have to say.
