01/2/2013 20:06 | Looking at the long term charts, this stock has never had an easy ride. Indecision and reversal everywhere. Maybe it's engineering for you. I'm still hanging in there but share price progress, short term, looks truly debatable. | petersinthemarket
20/1/2013 18:43 | I doubt the management would load the company up with too much debt. Any future placing would be small imo and any future acquisition would obviously be earnings enhancing. | cfro
20/1/2013 14:23 | Just had a look but I don't invest in mining stocks. ic2... | interceptor2
20/1/2013 09:11 | Hi parttime THe management here are conservative (under promise and over deliver) with increasingly results beating expectations. The Chairman and CEO returned in 2009 with a three year plan to restore the fortunes of TRI. They enjoyed the experience, so they have stayed on with a new 3 year plan. Not sure if they will be raising funds in a large way, in the last statement they said they would only be looking for niche bolt on acquisitions, and net debt is falling now, last reported at £7.7m a 10% reduction. Cash and equivalents are £12.429m, so healthy. The international revenue is now 60%, there is a ims due next month which hopefully confirm that the recent strong interims have continued into H2. I'm not viewing TRI as share that wil double within a year, but a nice steady performer for my ISA account. It hasn't been that easy for me to find good zulu type ISAble stocks in the las year, but there seems to be more opportunities about now imo. Regards ic2... | interceptor2
19/1/2013 13:16 | Hi all, A zulu search led me 'here' so not at all suprised to see IC2, cfro and V11 already on board. :) From my pov the co. does indeed look cheap on the fundamentals and worthy of an investment. However, where and how will the potential re-rating come from? Yes, it seems the company is on a growth plan but growth with raising both debt and equity? Will this mean a potential rights issue is needed in the not too distant future? with this in mind the share price seems to be low due to the discount on a future fund raising. I'm keen to invest and will probably have a tickle but the charts suggest there will be another entry point sub 50p. | parttime
16/1/2013 17:25 | Yes the old July 2011 high shouldn't offer too much resistance now after yesterdays large volume. Buyers about today also. ic2... | interceptor2
16/1/2013 16:02 | Breaking out nicely! | gswredland
15/1/2013 18:36 | Yes interesting volume today. | cfro
15/1/2013 17:31 | It looks like someone has bought a shed load today, interesting! | fargonorthdakota
15/1/2013 15:28 | My first post on Advfn Seems to be an interesting turn around story in place and solid fundamentals. I noticed the filing yesterday that one of the larger shareholders started selling (250k sold) - today the shares are weak and impressive volume going through and 51 seems to be offering support for now. | pabster
11/1/2013 18:28 | Another Judges would be nice, noticed that the spread was nice and tight today. Hopefully TRI can consolidate in the 50s now. ic2... | interceptor2
11/1/2013 18:21 | Thanks for that TMF link strolling molby. Thats a cracking write-up from that poster. I especially like the bit where he likens TRI to JDG.....nice. :-) | cfro
11/1/2013 17:38 | An optimistic eye could even claim the start of a rising channel from mid-Oct onwards. Channel limits would currently be about 51-60p and rising at about 5p per month. However, historic resistance may apply at ~60p (from 2008) if it can get as far as testing it. Further resistance at 80p going back 6 years. IMS typically mid-Feb and EOY update mid-April. A good report from either of these could stimulate a break-out. | boadicea
10/1/2013 19:54 | Nice write-up of the co today on TMF: | strollingmolby
10/1/2013 19:17 | Looks like a breakout coming. I know a little about this Co. Expansion plans via acquisition in asia. | mallorca 9
10/1/2013 13:27 | Great to see this doing so well today. | cfro
10/1/2013 12:53 | yes GR - i don't subscribe to L2 but only 3750 shares available to buy online currently | gleach23
10/1/2013 11:14 | The bid is strong today on L2. DMA orders tightening the spread and people paying over the offer. I sense a move soon. | greenroom78
08/1/2013 21:56 | V11...he was here a few months ago...not sure if he still holds chart looks primed to have a go at the resistance level of 55-ish...once through there a run up to 80p would be nice | gleach23
08/1/2013 19:03 | Not under my radar. I've been buying here over the last few weeks. It wouldn't surprise me to see CR pop up here in the near future. :-) | v11slr
08/1/2013 18:09 | Good to see some volume and renewed interest. It has been very quiet here for ages but this share remains extremely cheap on a single digit pe and very much under investors radars. | cfro
08/1/2013 17:49 | Couple of big trades today, hopefully good news! | fargonorthdakota
08/12/2012 17:55 | Ahh yes, you are right, they are increasing. I read it wrong. Very confusing these holdings rns's at times. | cfro
08/12/2012 11:07 | cfro I think that you are reading your screen in a mirror! Yesterday's RNS informed us that Henderson INCREASED their holding from 13.6m to 14.1m shares. | electronica |
