Moving well today with modest volume, once the referendum is out of the way I can see this trading for a while in the mid 40s, might encounter some resistance at 40p from August last year, but that is the only overhead resistance left now.

If you add charts etc to your thread I'm much prefer to use that one.

zak is talking short term and he said it was a excellent chart formation so
it probably will hit and break 45p once Lion are completely out. They must have
got through on the phone because you could buy again at 34.5p but I'd prefer it
if you can get a quote to buy because there's plenty of takers so Lion's stake
is being whittled down quickly.

Nice volumes on a quite stock. Seller must have no more then 200-250k left now.

PE is scary low if you ex out the cash. If this gets a write up somewhere i suspect it will go up a lot, i don't think many people are aware of the story.

I did take advantage of the overhang today to add to my holdings here.

Heavy volume day, hopefully Liontrust are using this volume to reduce further, but as I already mentioned, it is useful having an overhang here which allows a decent holding to be built without pushing the price up. Very handy with an illiquid small cap.

Can't see any brokers that cover TRD, but it would interesting to see any estimates for next year. FWIW, I did try to work out what earnings might look like, and using very conservative revenue increases and margin ratios, I thought that a PAT figure of £0.912m and EPS of 5.7p might be a fair estimate.

I did use a full tax deduction of 21% to arrive at my figures, best to be as conservative as possible imo. But EPS of 5.7p still only gives a PER of 5.8, which looks rather low imo.

My monitor is dire. A lot of my monitor stocks have still to have a trade and others have close to no volume and not many are up either.

Guess it all depends on what stocks you watch but my monitor is not sharing
the enthusiasm of the whole markets in general.

The FTSE small cap is UP 0.9% so far today, AIM all share up 1.0%

All it needs is to continue this volume. Not every buy goes to the mm with Lion
stock but most will. 90k bought already just 3 hours in is impressive given the small cap market is pretty dire this morning.

the share price continued to rise right up until end of Sept (see Graph)..

This is a significantly better set of results than last time (eg it sets a trend, its not a one off).

All it needs is 2-4 days similar to Friday to clear out Lion Trust. It will be near impossible to sell and buyback cheaper with the spread so a little patience
should bring a 20-40% reward when they are out. They must have sold another 100-150k on Friday.
