Good morning:

A quick re cap of what Stratis has been doing, since it’s partnership with TRD, was announced in January 2020.

It became market ready.

It developed the protocol with heaps of additional functions.

It issued a five year plan for its coin STRAX

It received ongoing funding

It’s coin value jumped near ten fold

It’s partnered with C# C order with 5M plus developers using C# .Net

It’s just announced a legal partnership

TRD is now selling its solutions on G Cloud 12

Strax is now valued ITRO $1/2 BN

TRD being 21 times cheaper than Strax.

That is plain crazy , more so , when you consider TRD’S traditional business is worth £16M.

To date, TRD are the only appointed sales, developer, and integration partner that Stratis has.

I have never ruled out the possibility that TRD have some STRAX under their belt, be it purchased, given, or earned.

If they have, one would presume it was in place, prior to the directors buys in February and March.

The price has now risen around 10 fold year to date.

Agreed the market is waking up to very powerful forces that I believe will see rapid Stratis adoption.

That makes TRD the most undervalued stock on the LSE in my opinion, if you take my view, and agree TRD’S stand alone traditional business is worth more than £15M.


Blockchain is in for free.

That blockchain could be producing very serious BAAS recurring dependable income, growing at the rate of knots, starting in the second half of this year.

Stratis, a blockchain-as-a-service company that designs solutions for interoperability, has to opened invites to decentralized app developers to participate in its Decentralized Accelerator program.The program is a community-governed pool of $10 million in funds set up for dApp developers and makers who wish to build out their projects on the Stratis Blockchain.

This fund has now got two projects moving rapidly forward, at a cost of over one Million dollars.


However because the coin value has increased over the last two weeks, the amount, AFTER the two projects to date has jumped to $13M.

This isn’t common knowledge.

Today’s $STRAX pump was a blip in what’s to come once people understand the significance of this latest development.

A great deal of chatter can be found on the internet re a Stratis U.K. stable coin.

I personally believe it’s on its way, but I have no idea when.

At the end of the day, all parties what blockchain that can be trusted 100%.

Nothing more, nothing less.

Net, I can’t agree with you, RE a lot is built into the share price.

What is, I believe, built in, is a return to profit in the year to March just finished.

I have pencilled in £500,000 ( that would all come from second half trading,(as TRD broke even in the first half.).

The RSI and negative sentiment is about the lowest its been for two years.

I guess if this is not the point to buy back in it soon will be.

We all know people will buy in ahead of results (yawn) for a quick buck....
I'd rather they didn't.
I really do. I want investors to think longer term.

There is a problem here.
A lot of good news is factored into the current price.
What the results need to show is:
a) better than expected - but times TWO.
b) something to carry the interest PAST June results day
c) Perhaps an investors evening - like WEY Education used to do?
d) dividend?
e) The company perhaps needs to start "training" graduates. The quickest way
to get the head count up with potentially the lowest cost is via "trainees".
Often trainees after a month or two are as good as some pros and only a fraction of the cost.
f) But basically the company and investors need to think miles past JUNE date otherwise all we'll have is a bubble at end of MAY....

Triad is not mentioned but i would expect Triad to win subcontract work from the other FTSE100 type companies mentioned in the list:

It’s all about partnership and team work.

Both parties are absolutely dependent on each other delivering long term , and as I have said previously, Stratis are stuffed, unless they can get through the door with sales and implementation to business and government.

This is where TRD has its wealth of expertise.
