17/4/2021 17:05 | TRD can definitely grow over 100% per year for the next few years in my opinion. | sunshine today
17/4/2021 17:03 | Thanks, it’s interesting re LOGICA. What has changed at TRD this time round, that could enable it to do a LOGICA.? 1/ A new FD 2/ A very low market cap as a starting point. 3/ Staff growth of 30% 4/ Long term relationships with clients 5/ Staff based mainly at home. ( plus new tax rules for self employed contractors.) 6/ Microsoft Gold partnerships 7/ BLOCKCHAIN AS A SERVICE (recurring long term fast growing revenues, from a zero base line. 8/ Ageing large shareholders 9/ Covid induced Tec boom ( U.K. government backed ) 10/ An element of right place right time. | sunshine today
17/4/2021 16:32 | I honestly don't know what devert's intentions here? I and many others really appreciate Sunshine's input as it keep us updated with events and info about the company going forward. Did he missed the lower entry and just can't help himself; it's not too late to get in the action. Thanks | aba978731dom
17/4/2021 16:19 | You know the FTSE has returned to 7000 last seen in 1999-2000. Also at that time (from Wikipedia): By the close of the 1990s, Logica had seen large-scale growth, with an average annual earnings increase of 35 percent over the previous five years and an increase in the company's market capitalisation from £130 million in August 1993 to £6.1 billion in December 1999.[6] Logica had 8,500 employees and had gained entry into the FTSE 100.[6] Its customers included large governmental organizations and private companies such as .... This was also the time Triad got into the FTSE250 and had a share price of about £7. | netcurtains
17/4/2021 14:13 | No, just stop posting. If you were so confident about the share, you'd just sit back and wait. But you're not. You're trying to encourage people to buy in before news, which is the most counterproductive thing ever. How would a share go up after news, if hypothetically you encouraged everyone to buy in before news. Ramping is the most sure fire way of stalling a share, because all you have now is loads of potential sellers selling into any rise, and killing it. So no, you don't actually believe it will go anywhere other wise you wouldn't be doing 100 posts a day. | davevt
17/4/2021 13:28 | I would be disappointed if the market cap only hit £100M. The traditional business will I believe make £1.5M this year with Blockchain chipping in £0.5M Then £4.7M in total the following year. On a growth PE = to Kanos the forward PE this year, into next year, would be a whopping 120. That would be a market cap of over £200M. At £4.7M , in 22-23 and growth still running over 100% the market cap could be an outstanding £500 M. Even if you discounted the 100% year on year growth and awarded just half of it to the PE , your talking £100M followed by £250M. Since the stock market looks 18 months out, the rapid re rating I predict could appear in the next few months, boosted by June’s full year results and outlook. If the Stratis blockchain adoption is quicker, and deeper, then expect revisions upwards. | sunshine today
17/4/2021 11:00 | Kanos issued a trading update yesterday: Kanos now have a market cap of about £2b and a historic pe ratio of 105. Our market cap is £23.5m I think we're heading for a £100m+ company. | netcurtains
17/4/2021 10:30 | Investors might be puzzled why a director would buy shares in his own company at a price no less than 6 times higher, than was possible just 4 months prior: ? Clearly a fundamental event, or events must have occurred, or was, in his view going to occur. Some theories to dwell on. //////////////////// TRD has seen an explosion of new contracts within the traditional business. Plans have been made to sell the company within the next two years. (at far higher valuation) TRD are at the receiving end of funds, that it’s Partner Stratis, have been awarded by a billion pound FUM. TRD have firmed up their Framework Agreement with Stratis. TRD have received, bought, or committed, to STRAX tokens in any way, shape, or form, at a lower price, than when the director made his first share purchase in February 2021. Stratis has plans to reverse into TRD so it can gain a premium stock market listing, at some future date. Stratis would have to be listed in London in my opinion, being a British company, Enabling it take a large slice of U.K. government contracts, in the cryptocurrency/ blockchain sector. Funds for growth could be raised at the same time. | sunshine today
17/4/2021 10:00 | C# Corner will bring hundreds of thousands of Stratis developers on board. The time line will astonish many. The tutorial can be developed in stages, and posted each week on the C# platform. This enables any C # developer to keep pace AND allow the learning material to be added as it comes off the production line. Thus, in under 6 months new blockchain apps will hit the market in volume. Super fast adoption will swamp and stifle the competition in my opinion. | sunshine today
17/4/2021 09:44 | Morning all. Strax coin moving up over 10% this morning. (Trades 24/7) unlike stock markets. | sunshine today

16/4/2021 14:38 | Just to recap we've had a flurry of posts because it was just announced that Triad had won a £500,000 contract a few days ago. For a company only valued at £24m, a £500,000 contract is a significant amount of money. We've also had a flurry of director buys - some right up to £1.45p We also know that Triad is linked to Stratis and Stratis blockchain is going through the roof. I think this company is something worth shouting about. | netcurtains
16/4/2021 13:53 | TRD was grossly undervalued at 40P when I started the thread. The TRD Director was of the same opinion, at 1.45P,when he purchased last month. | sunshine today
16/4/2021 13:51 | davert, YOUR A TWO FACED SLIME BAG: It’s one thing, posting your opinion, requesting me to slow up on my posts. Fair enough, however, far from killing the share, for reference, it’s at a two or three year high. ! Now, I invite others here to look at your postings on a single stock yesterday I counted 24 !!!!! (RMS) | sunshine today
16/4/2021 13:28 | Suffer, he did in on one of the boards I view. If a share or company was that good, the last thing you would be doing in trying to encourage people to invest before news. | davevt
16/4/2021 13:26 | This sunshine guy is really killing this share. Its called share discussion, not cheerleading. Are you privy to any information outside of an RNS? no... So do you just wake up each morning that think what 20 posts can I conjur up today?? Bonkers. Every share has one. | davevt
16/4/2021 13:02 | For the 3rd straight day, the other London listed cryptocurrency shares taking big hits. TRD will be producing stable growing revenues Just what puts pounds on a share price, over time. | sunshine today
15/4/2021 16:22 | Yes, they will come a cropper over time. Then, when we get more good news, the mark up, will, I believe, be fast and furious. | sunshine today
15/4/2021 16:18 | MMs drop the bid to try to loosen a few shares but it doesn't work. Eventually they'll have to raise the bid if buying continues because there's so little free float. | grosstonnage
15/4/2021 14:01 | That’s why they don’t want the stock to go higher. TRD never have a placing to get them off the hook. | sunshine today |
