23/7/2022 16:00 | Ooredoo, Oman’s leading enabler of digital innovation, has signed a strategic agreement with Strategic & Precious Metals Processing (SPMP) to transform the Oman-based antimony producer’s business operations. Under the agreement, Ooredoo will supply, implement, and manage its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution for SPMP over the next seven years – to enhance the automation of the company’s day-to-day operations like production planning, quality control, shop floor operations, HSE management, sales, distribution, finance management, and other key functional areas. | mibo1

12/7/2022 19:36 | 3.25p. With 100m shares in issue, that gives a valuation to Tstr of £3.25m.As Tstr has a 16% stake in the Spmp roaster, the Project in total is worth £20m.Once they are into full production in Oman, banging out 20k tonnes antimony and 50k oz gold, , ten times higher at £200m is going to look a very conservative figure. And that puts Tstr share price up over 30p. Holf for Spmp being listed. The debt will be eaten up very quickly, leaving a cash cow. I really cant see anything below 50p for Tstr within a couple of years from now. | dr rosso
08/7/2022 13:37 | Strange re asset match .why bring the auction forward for circa 2.5 grand worth of shares.Seems obvious they wanted the transaction out of the way...lets hope Spmp is looking to take tstr out and then list itself.A roaster that once debt is sorted would command a good valuation. Finally tstr may give a very healthy return especially if people got in at the lows of sub 2p. | bronislav

14/6/2022 11:10 | Anyone recieved any updates from Tristar since the update back in december? | mibo1
06/5/2022 07:46 | What's wrong with you Dr rosso | mibo1
06/5/2022 00:21 | Check your account. You needed to instruct the broker that your shares were not to be sold | dr rosso

05/5/2022 20:10 | Some familiar faces here. I do think this will come back and LTH will see a good return. | sirianbotham
05/5/2022 19:56 | Correct mibo. They had already consolidated..Only 100 million now so should have a reasonable payday...I note they only have the auction twice yearly now.next one in August. | bronislav
05/5/2022 19:43 | OK so the shares I have that Dr rosso Said had been diluted haven't given I bought them just before delisting. That's a relief. | mibo1
05/5/2022 19:35 | Mibo.it's kn the rns,s .it's probably over 4 years ago now. | bronislav
05/5/2022 19:22 | I, understand what consolidation is but when did it happen. | mibo1
05/5/2022 19:21 | Absolutely doc. | bronislav
05/5/2022 19:12 | 100m shares coming back at 10p gives tstr a valuation of £10m and spmp of around £70m. Peanuts. | dr rosso
05/5/2022 18:10 | Just a waiting game here.Shares tucked away. The Roaster depending on availability of feedstock could run at full capacity this year but 80% is more likely as feedstock has been not as easy to secure as one would think.A couple of grand at 2p before de listing could pay rich rewards if it is swallowed up bya relisted SPMP.Holding on to the SPMP holding would be a nice pension pot for those with time on their side. | bronislav
05/5/2022 17:42 | Consolidation 1000 for 1 meant that 1m shares became 1k shares for pis. % holding in the Co. remained the same. TSTR now has 100m shares in issue, and holds 16% of SPMP. Odey reduced his TSTR stake prior to relist. Can't remember by how much, but I think he still own half of TSTR, which would mean a personal 8% of SPMP. If SPMP has a valuation of $1bn on relist with full production, each TSTR share would be worth $1.6. Total $160m to be shared out to all TSTR shareholders if they want to sell | dr rosso
30/4/2022 17:15 | I don't see how that correlates to the consolidation stated. Since they have delisted, I see no consolidation | mibo1
30/4/2022 09:33 | The longer Crispin holds onto his 10% of SPMP the more valuable it becomes. The Omanis should have their roaster pretty much at full production of both main metals by now. Personally I think they'll go for ipo on the London Exchange, with a high valuation if producing as per expectations. | dr rosso
26/3/2022 13:23 | I agree - and with particuarly the antimony price having gone up 3x in the past few years it could still surprise. The odey debts SPMP have in bond form are somewhat concerning as his p&l doesn't just come from the shares here but since he has so many I'd rather hope we can still turn a profit here yet. | ppvn
26/3/2022 08:38 | If you contact tstr they do give an update on the state of play albeit a tad limited.Sometimes it needs a bit of perseverance.I note the asset match auctions are now restricted to every 6 months. From the updates I have had it appears tristar being swallowed up in a listed Spmp is the plan.I think this process is dependant on the roaster revenues | bronislav
26/3/2022 08:06 | Hi mibo Current market cap just under £3mm and they own 16% of SPMP. | ppvn
25/3/2022 16:43 | Wouldn't that mean we now own 1.6% of spmp | mibo1
25/3/2022 16:39 | Source for that please? | mibo1 |
