The latest Asset Match auction price at 1.5p values TSTR at just £1.5m. Its 16% stake in the roaster project gives SPMP a valuation of £10m. Short of operating at full capacity, the partially functioning unit will be struggling to serve debt commitments incurred by both SPMP and TSTR. No shortage of highly-skilled operatives engaged on this Oman project, attempting to get it up to speed on production targets.

Mibo correc but a lot of 2022 was beset with engineering issues around the roaster.from December 2022 I believe production ramped up...Its been a terrible investment with shareholders poorly treated in my view.I suspect those in Oman want shut of TSTR but it depends what they put on the table .Recent revelations around our main man won't have helped.

Company must be doing well to be able to be recruiting so many University-qualified chemical engineers.

TSTR still holding a 16% investment stake. I understand that shareholders will be hearing something shortly about some kind of offer.

All rests on what Crispin Odey wants out of this He still holds 60% of Tstr, which means 10% of Spmp. If Omanis offer him £20m for what they believe is a £200m project, would he accept?

TSTR at 35p would mean a valuation of £220m for SPMP and its Oman roaster project

Odey, still holding TSTR shares to the tune of 10% of SPMP, has just contributed to Sirius Petroleum's raise of $15m of subordinate debt wrt Nigeria. No doubt he'll be wanting to see SPMP on an Exchange, along with Sirius or whatever is taking over

3.25p. With 100m shares in issue, that gives a valuation to Tstr of £3.25m.As Tstr has a 16% stake in the Spmp roaster, the Project in total is worth £20m.Once they are into full production in Oman, banging out 20k tonnes antimony and 50k oz gold, , ten times higher at £200m is going to look a very conservative figure. And that puts Tstr share price up over 30p. Holf for Spmp being listed. The debt will be eaten up very quickly, leaving a cash cow. I really cant see anything below 50p for Tstr within a couple of years from now.

Strange re asset match .why bring the auction forward for circa 2.5 grand worth of shares.Seems obvious they wanted the transaction out of the way...lets hope Spmp is looking to take tstr out and then list itself.A roaster that once debt is sorted would command a good valuation.
Finally tstr may give a very healthy return especially if people got in at the lows of sub 2p.

Consolidation 1000 for 1 meant that 1m shares became 1k shares for pis. % holding in the Co. remained the same. TSTR now has 100m shares in issue, and holds 16% of SPMP. Odey reduced his TSTR stake prior to relist. Can't remember by how much, but I think he still own half of TSTR, which would mean a personal 8% of SPMP. If SPMP has a valuation of $1bn on relist with full production, each TSTR share would be worth $1.6. Total $160m to be shared out to all TSTR shareholders if they want to sell
