I appreciate what it is drrichard, it's the the fancy wording that tickles me.

Still need the environmental clearance though. They won't start building without that. For me, that will be the REAL turning point.

A facility is a bank term for an agreement to lend money. If you ever had a mortgage from a bank (cf a Building Society), it is called a, or the, facility.

It's obviously appears to be good news at long last but I still don't see anything about environmental clearance being approved.

Dr Rosso, I done a calculation some time back on the profit of what the roaster would be producing at full capacity

Let's just say they'd be a big dividend to come once we are up and running

My optimism is waning mate for both TSTR and Burnley. Unfortunately, Burnley didn't sign anyone in the transfer window and we have also lost Dean Marney to injury (A very influential midfielder) for the rest of the season. Our defensive frailty from set pieces is a huge concern and Dyche doesn't seem able to address it. It's very worrying.

You had at least a tiny sense of optimism late last year D1? Has that now gone too?

Burnley still performing better than TSTR, so not all doom and gloom.
