03/9/2013 13:34 | And look at the previous bid at 115p a share TVZ. Worth a punt down here IMO. Specialist online travel group Travelzest says it is in early stage discussions over a potential offer at 115p or less. | topinfo
03/9/2013 13:34 | The current proposals being discussed value the Canadian business at a substantial premium to the current market capitalisation of the company, a statement said this morning. | topinfo
03/9/2013 13:34 | Travelzest targets management buyout as sale talks end 30 October 2012 at 07.56 GMT comment icon 4 Comments Travelzest has terminated efforts to sell the companys Canadian business in favour of a management buy-out. The company, which has sold or closed the majority of its UK operations, sought buyers for its profitable Canadian arm in May which includes online travel agency iTravel2000 and Cruise Professionals. But Travelzest today announced that the formal sale process had been dropped in order to focus on negotiations with the management team. The current proposals being discussed value the Canadian business at a substantial premium to the current market capitalisation of the company, a statement said this morning. These negotiations are still at an early stage and there can be no certainty that they will result in a sale that is acceptable to the board and shareholders. In a trading update, Travelzest said conditions in the companys core Canadian markets have been very encouraging for most of the financial year. However, the company has experienced some delay in bookings in the last six weeks as our suppliers try to hold their price increases and our customers wait to see if prices fall. Travelzest added: Despite this, the company expects to achieve an improved trading result at the EBITDA level both before and after exceptional items for the full year in comparison to the previous year. We remain confident that our leading position in the Canadian travel sector will continue to provide exceptional opportunities for growth. The UK businesses, all of which have either been sold, closed or are due to close, are now a small part of the group. Last week Travelzest suspended new business at it's numerous tour operations including France self-catering specialist VFB Hoolidays, Captivating Cuba, Malaysia Experience and Best of Morocco. | topinfo
03/9/2013 13:29 | Can sell over 1 mil but can't buy 1mil :-) tickup coming.. not many shares in freefloat and alot being snapped up and held at this range . when it pops on it will in big leaps. if offer is made and RNS comes then 1p easy..imho all speculative but then that's the name on the game :-) | m111kax
03/9/2013 12:34 | Any bid or MBO will be 1p MINIMUM IMO. 4 Bags from here for buyers with guts. I think this is a super op that only comes once in a lifetime to make some serious money. | topinfo

03/9/2013 11:04 | I don't think this share is being pumped to dump. I have posted reasons why I think it is worth a risk.. I still think something is happening in the background and some decent buys today. 1.2mil sell at 0.26p and bid moves up to 0.27p..go figure ! It's a punt that may pay handsomely..if it was a dead dog as some would have you believe ..why would consortium led by LDC Logistics Development Corporation ("LDC"), a company incorporated in Canada take on TVZ's liabilities. also LDC are already a shareholder in TVZ with over 10 mil shares. Where did the 42 mil shares sold at 0.10p go ? Come on this has takeover written all over it imho..we shall know very soon either way as the new consortium has taken on the liabilities and given TVZ bod 28 days to sort their act out.. hostile takeover ?? | m111kax
03/9/2013 11:04 | At the end of the day, any kind of investments come with risks, here on the AIM, the risks are much higher. Anybody investing on AIM need to do their own research, able to read the accounts and understand them and even then you could still end up loosing your money. | flasher2
03/9/2013 11:00 | 5310, giving false information is wrong!. However helpful information on the company is good so people can read it, digest it and make their own minds up. | flasher2
03/9/2013 10:03 | Flasher2Agree the odds may be better than the bookies. You are a regular poster on the traders thread and are busy telling people to buy shares. So do not be too faced on these mattersDo you think it is ok to cut n paste items about a share that are years out of date (see example above). Just answer YES or NO | 5310carraroe
03/9/2013 09:52 | 5310, anyone following anyone else without doing their own research deserves to loose their money, however the odds here are much better than at the bookies. | flasher2
03/9/2013 09:47 | I think the debt has been bought of Barclays at a loss to Barclays. I dont think the consortium paid full value for the debt I wonder how much discount they got. | yashdi

03/9/2013 09:37 | Does anyone know what happened to the 42 millions dump just before it was closed yesterday? The share price was 0.1 p at that point. From trading data, no way retail investors or trades would have bought a net 42 millions share. | swong21118
03/9/2013 09:24 | The company has a few option 1. Takeover 2. Sell the travel buisness and create a shell company to go into another business. 3. The lenders liquidate the company and get their money back but if this was the case Barclays would have done it ages ago. 4. The lender lead consortium turn the company around 5. From what I have read about the consortium leader they are a logistic company and the director Jordon Slat has experioence in business aquisition hxxp://www.zoominfo. Something good may happen in the next month Does anyone have any other options. | yashdi
