As an operating business in relation to on-going activities there is something to work with, along with the 2M cash/equivalents.....GL S

My guess is that if Canadians are involved these are likely to screw shareholders over. King of carpetbaggers and pre-packs when it comes to dealings like this. Could be wrong and as I said above a trading opportunity may present regardless in the meantime.

Let's stick to the facts..
Why would a consortium buy out TVZ debt of £15 mil and give the bod 28 days before reviewing the situation.
A Canadium consortium at that !!
Is it the same people who tabled £29mil bid a while back?

Remember $130 mil transaction from results ..
The customer bank should have some value ..

Someone dumped 42 mil shares at 0.10p ..who bought them is the next question as shares were very limted even @ 0.36p?

This is the kind of thing I am talking about. Another thread being wrecked and all sensible discussion gone to pot.

This one is extremely risky but as far as I can see is being touted as a possible recovery play. I don't think anyone here is saying this stock is the best thing since sliced bread. What I think is being said is that the fall may be overdone = trading opportunity. TopInfo and Co are essentially traders and their postings should be seen in that context. Sure - people might lose money on this because this thread is top of the list and people are reading the ramps. Likewise some people could make money here but may become influenced by all the negative posts about immiment suspensions. Not very helpful as I found when Cawkwell pulled the same trick on Noventa and caused a wave of panic selling. A few weeks later the stock five bagged. Not sure if those folks thanked Cawkwell for scaremongering and costing them a packet.

I post the truth, I've read the accounts today, heavy losses and massive borrowings, think it's disgusting that Topinfo can repost old bid stories when the company was obviously in better times 2 years ago to pump and dump it today, that is the sign of a conman who is going all out to mislead ahead of selling in the morning, like you did not know what all these posters do day in day out and you still defend them !

Really why do you bother worrying about others surely if they have the money and buy stocks THAT is their decision and you stalking topinfo really wont make the slighest bit of diffrence.they take the choice they take the loss/profit! all you are doing is rubbing people up the wrong way with your constent repeative droning.

29h - Funnily enough I did look at the last results before I bought today, I also did a company search on LDC Logistics Development Corporation, along with a look into the available court files of the Carroll litigation,

Research is what I do and you need to hopefully at some point recognise, a sizeable majority of people who frequent these boards also do the same,

I would concede at times, that I do pick up on company discussion points on Tops thread and also a number of other threads on the various forums, that is what I thought these forum's were about, an opportunity to share detail that may or may not lead to a trading or investment opportunity for others to pick up on?

It is fair to say that I do recognise a number on these forums have their own agenda's, that said I would hope in most cases I will pick up on that, but ultimately any trading/investment decision is mine and mine alone,

I would also add your constant barrage of derision of various posters is bordering on the ridiculous and I would suggest if you have anything tangible to share with the authorities that you crack on and do so,

Because what you currently have to offer in the way of thought and opinion IMHO is meaningless and if anything it also falls in to the very same category you are suggesting others are guilty off, albeit from a different stance.
