Lets wait and see if the update provides more info. When I spoke to Stanhill recently they were of the view value had been maintained since delisting. Those number are hopefully not the whole story.....

They did say there would be communications accompanying the accounts. It is hard to see how Intelycrypt can be worth the £3.5m we were pre-suspension, maybe the investor update can make things clearer.

Hey guys, heard back. Annual accounts due before end of sep. To be lodged with companies house. This will include a business update and 2019 outlook.No direct answer to my query about our CQC holding. It was about 3 pc of co I think.

The trouble with Stanhill is they really don't tell you anything we don't already know, in that the company is a bottom feeder and will be until CQC give them something to sell.

I really wouldn't understand why Stanhill would want to take part of the CQC holding either as that would be devaluing the very thing they are invested in. Put it up as collateral perhaps but not give it away.

The only other reason for giving that away would be knowing the true condition of Intelicrypt business and its chances of survival. So they have taken their pound of flesh before it goes under.

Which would mean we have been truly screwed over by the Khan's

I agree with you. The lack of communication to the owners (us shareholders) has been nothing short of a disgrace. Thats why I am urging everyone to seek an individual update from him. Its time our voices were heard and our concerns communicated directly to him.

Its quite astounding that Idris or anyone from Intelicrypt can't even be bothered to keep the shareholders informed. I mean its not like it will affect the share price with price sensitive information.

This lot are worse than politicians, all really nice if you can get to talk to one but all they really want to do is give you a bit of old bolo..and get rid of you. Too busy down them lovely wine bars and restaurants around Mayfair I guess, or up Cambridge Uni with the toffs. Got to get your priorities right.....
