I can't see the news, but price jumped to 109 soon after open. Must be a catalyst and it doesn't seem to be gold price.

shareholder structure (letting big boys havin a piece of the cake)

technology

employees (Kinross international experienced)

for a big leap forward after Rodnikova is on the processing track (on autopilot) into an international arena out of Russia
