MCAP of £17m - come on this is ridiculous, even more the other day.....
If the company was looking to raise 1m and could only raise 280k what does that tell you....seems strange that this company has even come to market. A company with so much success needing to tap private investors for a few quid....

2p I think is about right, well done to all of those who made money.

MM's can't get any sellers now to cope with the demand from buyers, so they are surely going to have to raise the bid price.

barnsey, I agree with your post 149. There have been so many companies floated on AIM at vastly inflated prices, but this has not been the case with TRAF. The story is just beginning here.

TRAF were looking to raise GBP1.000,000 subject to market conditions and end
up with £280,000 so are we to assume market conditions were not favourable?.

At the same time as the AIM Admission, the Company will be seeking to raise (subject to market conditions) up to GBP1,000,000, via a placing of new ordinary shares, for general working capital purposes.

Andre,

After doing extensive research here i have found no record of TRAF coming to
market on big promises in fact quite the opposite i feel they have played it
down if anything.

TRAF are at the growth stage but if you do research you find they have some
big plans to develop larger projects like the one below for fourty four new
homes over two phases.

George Street, Staplehurst, Kent
George Street, Staplehurst is deemed by the directors of TRAF to be a major project for CBH where it has an option over some 5 acres of land.
Staplehurst has been earmarked for substantial residential development and it is anticipated planning permission will be granted on the 5 acres, once the planning application has been submitted. This is currently being progressed and is anticipated to be before the Council (who have already given informal confirmation that all criteria in relation thereto have been satisfied and, therefore, planning permission should be granted) shortly.
The group will develop the site in two distinct phases. Phase 1 is expected to comprise 22 units (part private/part housing association) and covers approximately half the site. Access will be retained to the rear half of the site, which under Phase 2 should accommodate a further 22+ units.
It is anticipated that planning permission will be granted and construction commenced and completed on Phase 1 prior to the 31st March 2015 financial year end and will contribute to profit for that period. Phase 2 will be developed out thereafter, contributing to future years' profitability.

ryan, you could get 10,000 at 7.5p late this afternoon. I put in a larger buy order at that price and it didn't get completely filled, but at least I managed to get 10,000 @ 7.5p. Anyone wanting to buy tomorrow just needs to put in a fill order with a limit on the buying price. Frustrating, but simples!

Hi guys,

Yes it is possible that there is ii playing here. But that doesn't really explain the current MCAP or the crazy initial low or current high price. My worry though is that it has come to market on big promises and the valuation now massively exceeds those. Add the directors previous business records and there is cause for questions surely?

Does it matter to PI's here? Not if you were in early.

I was too late learning about this one. I'm just not sure it is a holder now.

Just my 2p. Good luck all.

yep a better day than the graph suggests today. Missed the drop earlier and by the time I noticed this afternoon was being quoted 7.8p for anything over £200.

Seems to be the only way to buy online at the moment is to put in an order with a limit price and you will get whatever is available at the limit price. It's not an ideal scenario, but if you think this is a good investment opportunity it might be worth just buying in 10k tranches. tara is right, the mm's will try every trick in the book to get cheap stock - the person who sold at 4.75p this morning got totally mugged.

Andre, Hi,

Thats a very interesting point and makes no sense to me to launch TRAF at such
a low valuation and i would be interested to know who the ii were that bought
the 14million at 2p.
I note that every day when the m/m are tight for stock the 500,000 and 250,000
sells come in giving them stock to sell and a nice ptofit for the seller who i
would think is the ii that bought the 14million, nice work if you can get it!.

Coukd it be they were nervous how the market would react to a new issue we do
not have that many these day's when money is in short supply or did they try
to set it low and let it find its own level, even the Allenby broker note which
gave a price target of 4.5p is a silly valuation with the growth TRAF is going
to acheive, you can see from the market reaction to MAR City where TRAF is going.

But does any of this matter to holders here, NO we are very fortunate to be in
at these prices and when you stand back and absorb all the facts available you
soon realise that TRAF is a small company with big plans to grow and create very
significant shareholder value over the next few years, there loss will be our
gain, very strong buy at these levels if you can get hold of any. aimho, dyor.

Why would a company sell 10% of the shares for £280K BEFORE EXPENSES when they predict £4M in profits in 3 years? They value the whole company at just £2.8M themselves right now.

Yet the market somehow believes these are worth, what £20M+

Bit of a miscalculation by someone don't you think?

Either the brokers who took this to market are rookies who could have placed this at about 7+ times the initial price thus gaining £20M for the company to buy land with or the price is a bit wrong now.

SME stocks often come to market cheaper to ensure they get away but someone got this wrong whichever way you look at it.

Well done to all those that have made money so far on this and a blinding rise from the initial tip. Well spotted.

Some silly sells at 4p today...daft even if they bought in at 2p. This was a very good day for traf in fact. No rout even after such a huge rise!
