I think the clue was in the profits and the divi. No brainer, I sold my PLE as soon as I heard about it on advfn. Thankfully

Quite amazing people are even considering selling when TRAF only listed
three days ago, someone got this way wrong but that enabled us to buy at
these crazy low prices so thanks to that person.

Highest bid price now....dont know where this is going. Maybe 8 to 9p.

It should be overbought but of course as a new issue that only raised a tiny amount on Monday, the only sellers are those that bought earlier this week.
You can sell as many as you want....

Happily I sold lots of Mar to buy these. I say happily because Mar is falling away after such a monster rally. I doubt for long....

So I wonder if this stock will overtake MAR in price? It might well do....

Another interesting building stock is FRM...if they get monies due. Unfortunately, the spread is impossible at the moment.

I agree it is fantastic; and floated far too cheap. Long term hold for me...just took back my trading cash at over 5p as I threw everything into this on tuesday!

None of my trades this week are showing; I am guessing that my broker has not got this set up on online trading yet.

After reading up on traf via website, broker research etc i have to say what
is not to like about this company, consider whats to come regarding profits
plus dividend payments, below from broker note and all very positive.

Exceptional value in attractive sector
Directors estimate that for the year ended March 2013 group PBT was not less than £575,000. In the financial year ended 31 March 2014 we are forecasting this to rise to £1.4m (EPS 0.48p), putting the shares on a current year PER of just 4.2x falling to 3.6x in the year to March 2015. The board also proposes to initiate the payment of a dividend in the financial year to March 2014 which we currently estimate at 0.065p rising to 0.075p for FY 2015 offering a yield of 3.3% and 3.8% respectively. We believe the group's focus on the prime South East housing market, its preference for smaller developments normally unattractive to larger housebuilders, a de-risked business model and with a competitive valuation and yield suggests a fair value of 4.5p offering significant upside in the shares, even after allowing for a 25% size-related discount to its larger peer group.

I am particularly impressed by the way Christopher Johnson has built and sold on several property development companies (including OFEX and AIM-listed) during his career. This company is in a very safe pair of value-adding hands.

The website is very informative and a must read for holders and any person
doing research.Remember to put http as advfn change to hxxp for some reason.
