18/7/2015 15:37 | OH DEAR!RNS released after 5 o'clock, I wonder why? Terrible results is why and the board are so unprofessional they release an rns when everyone has gone off for the weekend. This must be the only housebuilder that cant make a profit. I love this bit: 'Now that the Election has passed, we are looking forward to a period of sustained stability for the residential property market.' We have a huge shortage of housing and prices in the south have gone north in a straight line. They are making excuses.Sell as soon as you can. | michaelx105

26/6/2015 09:54 | TRAF-BP this looks undervalued now mate, chart suggests there is some huge upside here mate if they have turned things around and see the forward looking outlook as positive. I recall been in these at 10 times this price when it first listed. One to watch IMO | topinfo

31/3/2015 12:57 | The small float here means if the trading statement and forward guidance is positive (which the CEO hints: "There is quite a lot going on at the present time in relation to our residential development programme). The share price will pop. SP is currently bombed out so any news will probably cause a rise Worth remembering that prior to Oakhurst slipping behind schedule the share price was 3.49p. Oakhurst is now sold out and there two other projects underway. 0.9p is to low imho | grlz
30/3/2015 16:43 | bp, thanks for posting......GL S | swizz
30/3/2015 16:35 | "I have received from our website operative your email to him expressing your dissatisfaction t the performance of our Company. I share your disappointment, especially as I am the holder of circa 186 million of the shares in issue and, therefore, it is very important to me that we make a success of the Company which, in the normal course, will result in a higher share price and enhanced value for all shareholders. It is true that there has been very limited information provided by us over the last few months but that is because there has not been much information that one could give to shareholders and, therefore, the Market generally during this period. A Statement accompanied our Interim Results and a further Statement will accompany any Announcement we make in the future such as in relation to our full year Results. Whilst disappointing for us, especially myself, we cannot help the share price drifting which it will do if there are more sellers than buyers. We are subject to Market forces, like anyone else. We still have high hopes for our Company and will continue to work to achieve progress and profitability for the future and this we are doing currently. There is quite a lot going on at the present time in relation to our residential development programme and other matters and the information relating to such will be made available to the shareholders and the to the Market generally when appropriate". | barnetpeter

06/3/2015 14:09 | I don't expect Trafalgar to do much better than break even for the year that ends this month, but next year could see profits in the range £800,000 to £1m implying a prospective PE of below 3. | look alive
