17/12/2021 19:06 | The valuation as this Latin American contract progresses and other contracts are signed could be more than interesting in terms of share price upside. SaaS companies have quite a defined means of valuation. This link looks at valuations from a buyers perspective. If a company has hit £10m annual recurring revenues (ARR) then the valuation multiples tend to be 10/15. Apologies if it sounds a bit 'rampy', but I think it's a reasonable and logical conclusion that the numbers t42 are looking at, just from this single contract, is going to mean a valuation that is multiples of the current m/cap. The proviso is that the partners deliver as anticipated. The market will want to see these revenues formally recognised in results before assigning the multiple valuation norm but I still anticipate some of that will be factored in. with the expectancy element. Also, the link is a guide to what buyers of SaaS companies should expect to pay. All being well, another year hold or so could see a multiple of the current valuation. Ultimately I can see the Company being sold for £100m plus based on the valuation model. Much more if a couple more contracts of the size that was announced today come in. | nick2412

17/12/2021 18:25 | Trick is, don't use AJ bell, it's for amateurs. . | albert arthur
17/12/2021 17:54 | AJ Bell prohibits normal clients from buying shares in TRAC !! They seem to have classified it not as a share but as a derivative & to buy TRAC shares you need to be registered as experienced in things like derivatives. Nuts ! (TRAC is of course a listed share listed on a noted UK stock market & is not a derivative or option or CFD or...) Are any other brokers doing the same ? If the FCA gives such a brokers a warning & the prohibition is then removed, could that provide some potential new share buyers ? ----- Brokers like AJ Bell Ltd that offer execution share trading by Joe Public need to do just that, it is not up to AJ Bell to decide what UK listed shares people should, & should not, be allowed to buy. AJ Bell Ltd risk getting a bad name & being shunned by share investors. | smithie6

17/12/2021 15:35 | An intraday RNS maverick. Most won't see this until after the close and will be buying on Monday not selling. If you're not in yet I would personally buy half now and keep half your powder dry for later if you're nervous, otherwise you risk missing out completely. It's already been stated there are further contracts under negotiation as we speak. They could land at any time and be of a similar magnitude. | flashheart
17/12/2021 15:34 | Nothing offered at 16p right now so unless they shake out some more from earlier it's going higher | dave4545 |
