2 of the families of products are
- Tracking Locks & resulting SAAS income
(old name Lokies) (remotely monitored padlock, with Abus doing the padlock part, Abus being part of a blue chip global co.)

(clearly such a 'smart padlock' could be used in a big variety of applications, not just on the door of containers)

The RNS today is for Tracking Locks (old name 'Lokies'), & SAAS income while the Dec. RNS was for Tetis & Tracking Locks & resulting SAAS income.

- Tetis. a container monitoring device, with options to monitor various parameters inside the container such as temperature, humidity etc,

(& the Kylos products are for air freight monitoring, & Helios family of products for tracking/monitoring vehicles, motorbikes, & the co. is involved in Cropz (monitoring & technology linked to crops)

To me this looks like a BOD who know what they are doing , they stick to stated timelines and so far have produced what they have promised in terms of new contracts. A lot further to go with this one so will be holding

The only conditions for these new warrants is the exercise price ( type a 17p, type b 19p) & the expiry date )

Significance of today's RNS, being second recent contract RNS & that they expect more !

(& we have fingers crossed for getting a contract with DHL, which would being a lot of kudos if obtained)

On this cap, with these contracts in this market... People would be crazy to sell IMO...I think the price will level off at circa 50p maybe a little higher before the next leg up... more upwards movement and volume tomorrow. Slow burning RNS, profit takers and traders will have mostly flipped leaving strong investment hands in play.

- normally, any people wanting to book some profits would sell shares & keep the warrants; because
a) they can not press a button & sell the warrants, but they can for shares

b) to sell the warrants they have to first convert to shares & to do that they have to cough up the cash in advance, at 17p/warrant or 19p/warrant (2 tyoes in recent issue) & that is a deterrent/negative

c) people normally treat warrants as a freebie, since they are received for free

& hence are more likely (combined with b) ) to put the warrants to one side & wait

d) the people that recently received lots of warrants have recently put in a lot of money, £1million in the last cash raise, I cannot see them wanting to stump up more money just days later to exercise warrants in order to sell them. They have shares they could sell if they wanted; whether they have yet received those shares is another question.

Warrants, if not forward sold, like options, generally overhang at 7% ratio of daily volume as per placings too… today we were just over 3.5m volume… I don’t see the size of the warrants being an issue at all.

This "Open Box" could be Amazon. A search is a little hazy but one that crops up a few times is Amazon, perhaps the company could clear that up.

mm's having it off, they are delaying all the 50k trades+ 2 hours and they are still coming in and people are selling and somebody else is buying seconds later and mm's are making instant thousands of profits

They just raised circa 1m in LN, and burn circa 1.3m a year... Fundings look OK. Contracts look great....

Hi All - missed gains on this today - Had £2k's worth from the pre xmas drop, but it was only a marker to keep my eye on.. i'm going to invest here now, just a matter of timimg .. was going to buy more earlier, but limits were too low, so took a deep breath after adding 42,521 @28.2, i may wait before adding further

Mkt Cap still doesnt seem to reflect the past two RNS.. whats the thoughts from LTH?

The market probably wants proof TRAC can carry out the contract it's just signed, without further, possibly heavy dilution. Patience required IMO!

Thanks bapodra, I know you pick the small caps exceptionally well.

I think there is a lot more upside here and the likely/potential DHL Lokies contract to come. It will be interesting to see where it settles first. However, if TRAC deliver on anything like the projected SaaS figures from the last two contract rns's then it remains a multi-bagger from here over the next couple of years. A £14m market cap company at the right time and the right place for the expanding market of smart shipping containers. It may well become a takeover candidate over time.

Placing incoming by the looks of it for global expansion and full roll out of tracking / containers and infrastructure ! Long term hold but placing incoming ... but the sounds of it !
