17/1/2022 08:45 | Agreed bap, the potential to increase customs revenues at ports makes for a compelling sales pitch. Insurance companies as well will presumably offer cheaper insurance for companies using smart containers. The current insurance premiums must be very high given the $50 billion losses figure for shipping goods that is cited so often. This was one of the interesting snippets from the first sales and distribution agreement: "The consortium will assist port authorities to track and monitor goods in transit and to increase taxation revenues." They also reference enhanced security and actionable data for customs authorities here: "t42's state-of-the-art solutions provide 24/7 real-time monitoring, cloud-based analytics, enhanced security and actionable data for target customers which includes ports, cargo owners, shipping companies, freight forwarders, insurance companies, customs authorities and homeland security and police." | nick2412

16/1/2022 09:40 | Put simply, if this company spits out another 3 contract RNS notifications in the next few weeks, or months those who have sold, or been sitting on the sidelines, will be hurting. The company appear to be saying more contracts are within the pipeline that will have the effect on investors, to stay put. If that’s the case then any buying will move the stock up. Basically it’s a very dangerous strategy to short the shares. | sunshine today
16/1/2022 09:27 | Shares are about the future , never the past. Today’s market cap is not £250M it’s about £13M. Those that make massive profits tend to buy early, see Crypto for evidence of that, with 75 cryptos more than ten bagging last year. IF this company had had a better track record, the stock might easily be £2.00 right now. They do have products, turnover, and recently cash. Just one more order from an established user could see a 300% rise within an hour of the RNS. LIKE ALL STOCKS THE RISK IS 100% of your investment. The chart looks like this stock is not only firm but going higher. | sunshine today
15/1/2022 19:51 | Bapodra wrote "TRAC's market cap is still very low in my opinion when I compare it to other nano caps which have no revenues or turnover and have not made any profits and yet have a significant multiple attached and in that respect TRAC from a risk/reward basis looks very attractive". Attractive risk/reward ! Loss making, always ! Share price performed badly versus IPO price because it failed to delivery, ever. Never ending cash raises. What is the turnover, ~4 million & cap. Value of ~£13 million. ~3 times turnover ! Way over priced. Mkt is already including in the price that the co. will see a 50-100% increase in paid turnover in '22. & I think the chance of that is the same as seeing pigs fly over the Battersea ex-power station building. Any big contract signed with delivery & payment in H1 of say 2 million pounds ? Well no. | smithie6
15/1/2022 10:22 | Interesting post on lse from someone who has spoken with the directors. It's in the context of TRAC completing their DHL pilot trial (in Singapore) for Lokies (now rebranded 'SmartLock') and moving into commercial discussions after winning the DHL competition for new innovative technology. A significant DHL contract on top of the two smart container distributor deals would imo, be a company maker in itself:- One final point, a question I asked the BoD Q. Would the DHL trial be run across multiple sites Ans. No, it was one pilot trial in Singapore which would be thorough and also act as the blueprint to rollout to other sites So..... Now we know the DHL application for it, moving high value cargo and reducing insurance premium costs. There are 1400 distribution centers globally, which gives an idea of the potential scale of the deal | nick2412

14/1/2022 15:25 | If I was at the fca i would increase Nms sizes as mm go 25 bid which is false and then offer stock at 25.1 It's market manipulation and a disgrace | nico115
14/1/2022 14:58 | Plus remember the MM shut shop on line when a low cap share is roaring up or down. Use the phone. Remember they HAVE to deal in market size for the stock in question. | sunshine today
14/1/2022 14:54 | DP Funny thing is if you have proquote it would show somebody like Wins offering 50k at say 25p but sitting on the bid on L2. L2 is ok but not essential, I used to swear by it but now it's all about limits and if you keep a close eye on limits on your fav stocks you know if something is going to move either way | dave4545
14/1/2022 14:38 | The chart looks rather good. | sunshine today
14/1/2022 14:37 | We just need to clear SCAP and STFL on the 25p ask | albert arthur
14/1/2022 14:24 | Yep one tick away from a sea of blue | sunshine today
14/1/2022 14:22 | 1 v 1 now! I also disagree that Level 2 is useless, total nonsense.... The most annoying/deceiving aspect is delayed trades! | dancing piranha
14/1/2022 13:52 | Agreed, they are tight on stock I believe. | sunshine today
14/1/2022 13:49 | L2 means nothing, limits is what counts. 25k max 23.9p with close to mid price to sell so they could all move together on any more support | dave4545 |
