06/9/2023 13:04 | Nicholas 306p value per share v 120p to buy.......... Dividend at 4% gives some return Quite a bit of stuff remains undervalued inflation at 10% will filter into prices sooner or later. 35p in the £1 is a very heavy discount. I keep buying but the price falls. Soon be £1 | castleford tiger
05/9/2023 16:24 | General UK commercial property malaise? | nicholasblake
05/9/2023 16:09 | what keeping this down? | castleford tiger
16/4/2023 22:20 | So what's the PTBV here now - around 0.43 with a c.3% yield? So why the depressed price if they keep selling stuff above book? And what's the endgame; i.e. what will it take to achieve a reasonable rating (i.e. beyond a generalised sector recovery)? Or is it a complete value trap with the Ziffs at 55%? | boystown
14/4/2023 06:43 | Good news this morning with completion of part of the Whitehall Leeds residential property sold at £13 million well above the book value of £10 million. 10 million will be used to pay down debt and the rest working capital. | battlebus2
09/3/2023 11:45 | Maybe if that is how the market thinks they will decide it's not worth it and sell up | aringadingding
09/3/2023 10:42 | HY results out and had it not been for valuation drop they might have got LTV finally down below 40% with all the sales they've made. Divi isn't covered at the cash level but need to exclude the 0.7m the directors have received for the sale of "your parking" as thats a one off and its more favourable. Can't see much scope to improve the divi so yield remains wholly unattractive. | nickrl
05/2/2023 13:27 | Looks like Ashley is after Luton Mall not sure it really helps here now as i believe its held off the books now but they are the centre managers. hxxps://citywire.com EDIT: should have been posted on CAL | nickrl

24/8/2022 10:55 | Inki, I haven't been told my allocation yet. Also today is supposed to be the payment date for the tendered shares. | andy246
22/8/2022 15:52 | I tendered all my holding and about 16% has just been credited to my account so I expect just under 85% will have been accepted for the cash offer at 185p | binley1
22/8/2022 10:41 | Does anyone know yet what their EXCESS ALLOCATION in addition to the guaranteed tendered amount that they have been allocated ? | inki
10/8/2022 20:04 | offer price is around 180 so not much to earn none the less all irrelevant in the grand scheme of things just waiting for the figures in september and thereafter i'll be surprised if this remains listed for much longer absurd discount to true NAV | spob
10/8/2022 17:08 | If someone tendered a few and was able to top up its a nice little earner. | nicholasblake
10/8/2022 15:47 | inki All smoke and mirrors as usual. You will get all your guaranteed entitlement at 185p Excess shares will be scaled back. The unknown factor is how many shareholders did not take up their entitlement by abstaining completely. As the Concert Party did not participate that entitlement will not have been taken up. Difficult to see how many shareholders did not participate linhur | linhur
10/8/2022 13:44 | Does anyone know the terms in the 'Tender' circular of the over-subscription allocation, supposedly 2.14 to 2.17. Thanks | inki
20/7/2022 09:20 | Yeah, testing the market for dummies Lol | spob
18/7/2022 21:40 | Spob the fact is they testing the market to see whose interested at that price and if they find willing buyers all the better for those that are remaining. | nickrl |
