Chevron is ready to invest big to move in Cameroon The farm-out to Tower Resources covers USD15 million towards the expected USD16.8 million cost of the NJOM-3 well that Tower is planning to drill for a 15% stake.

The UK-based oil and gas company Tower Resources has received an offer to finance its planned drilling campaign in Africa via a farm-out of a minority interest in a production sharing contract (PSC) for an asset offshore Cameroon.

Tower Resources hired Borr Drilling’s Norve jack-up rig .

The Thali production sharing contract (PSC) covers an area of 119.2 km2, with water depths ranging from 8 to 48 meters, in the Rio del Rey basin, in the eastern part of the Niger Delta.

The number of placings shares is 4.4 billion increasing the total shares in issue from 18 billion to 22.5 billion. Msmn went from 11 billion start of this year to 20 billion shares at the recent placing at 0.035p. A month later the share price is 0.056p.Imo this will be a lot higher in a few weeks as market cap is just about GBP 6 million at 0.03p.Lots of significant news expected too.
