The first exploration phase of the license has been extended through February 2025, with the NJOM-3 well expected to be spudded in early 2025. Tower Resources is currently exploring farm-out options to secure funding for the drilling program and is also in discussions with various banks to arrange long-term financing for three additional wells planned for the offshore Njonjji structure, as well as one short-term project.

Anglo-French independent Perenco recently signed a new 20-year PSC to continue developing the Rio del Rey basin, which has produced more than 1 Bbbl of oil to date and holds an estimated 1.2 Bboe in remaining reserves. London-based independent Tower Resources is also spearheading exploration in the Rio del Ray basin under its Thali PSC, which encompasses at least four distinct play systems.

Rns states both tranches have now been completed so not expecting anything else 6th November. Company website updated today to reflect increase in total Shares also.Please also note that this form has been completed to reflect Jeremy Asher's shareholding following the issuance of both the First Tranche Subscription Shares and Second Tranche Subscription Shares, as defined in the announcement of 16 October 2024.

An event changing the breakdown of voting rights.....WHICH MEANS WE HAD A PLACING LIETERALLY DAYS AGO, THIS HAS THEREFORE CHANGED JEREMY ASHER'S TOTAL PERCENTAGE OWNED OF TOWER.

He has to notify as part of London Stock Exchange rules.

HE HAS NOT SOLD ANY SHARES.

a) they aren't included in the total number of today's trades
b) they had no effect on the price (i.e. absorbed)
c) that might be the overhang absolutely gone
d) at 0.000314 the MMs were happy to take the sell, and re-sell them higher....tomorrow, the next day and the day after that
