So someone owning a large percentage is screwed if a placing takes without shareholders involvement!

A large shareholder is screwed if a placing takes place with shareholders involvement if the individual does not have further extra funds to participate fully.

Either way the company gets the raise and do any of them care about large long term holders.

I personally don’t think so other wise why dilute!
Well I guess if you need cash what other choices does a company have!!!.

TRP need to progress the Namibian asset and some of this money will go towards that. Also TRP will be using some of the money on the ground in Douala for drill preparations

So reading the RNS I guess we are getting closer to 51% TRP and 49% to the farm-in partner.

The production royalty to Pegasus appears again. Looking back at old RNS messages I think Pegasus was to get 50% of the Royalty which on one of the proposed farmouts was 10% of the partner's production.

So 50% of 10% of 49% = 2.5%

Nice little earner outside of any dilution.

Neily ..on SFOR I told my fellow deciplies I always have stop losses in place, you have to 15-20% max.It keeps you in the game ..a little 5 min cry🥲 is better that a complete wipe out and years of crying and bitterness 😭😭
