Another waste of good money. I never understood why Jeremy didn't invest in GKP and let it run. I presume he pulled his 15m shares out. Hilarious. "Paddington Bear with dangly bits". Donut.

It’s pathetic-these vermin/creatures just roam around looking to hurt and revel in the muck they spread. The reality is they know nothing more than any of us-yet want to drag innocent investors into the sewer.

Will Tower pull it off?I don’t know but the last thing anyone wants to hear is rubbish from low life cretins who are probably sitting in front of a screen with their pants around their ankles looking for a reaction.Well they got one from me-I don’t need their advice as frankly they know little if anything beyond what we all know

Hangman has a point...but there could be a big surprise on the way, and the only surprise would be a solution to the finance situation.

Worth a punt did someone say?

RNS Institution soaking up sells I C

When you have that many --- what's a few more

However the extension of the bridging facility is only so they have time to find further finance elsewhere

And the way I read things it is only 4 weeks and counting

4 weeks is IMO not enough time

Plus 9 out of 10 wells fail

Therefore a 10% chance of success IF time and money can be found

Not good odds for an experienced investor IMO

One for chancers only

The problem here is that Archer has a very poor track record , and by the looks of it not many money boys are looking to support him , he may well still manage a deal , 3p nailed on if it comes through.

So to clarify this RNS:

A bridging loan extension needed by the company has been extended by an agreement for Tower's repayment of the Facility being extended 4 weeks until 31 August 2019 in return for the issue of 3 million five-year warrants with a strike price of 1p per share.

The value of these warrants, based on a Bloomberg valuation using Black-Scholes, is approximately 0.4p per warrant.

Why has this been done ?

Because this bridging loan is needed so that time ( till 31st Aug 2019) , is obtained to obtain finance ( another loan) so that some drilling can be finished in the next 4 weeks. Namely the drilling of the NJOM3 well on the Thali licence.

The Thali licence I believe was granted a 1 year extension in Sept 2018, with some conditions attached.

Mmmm
