JUST FOR BRASSO WITH POOR EYESIGHT WHO NEEDS TO USE CAPTIAL LETTERS !

Lets check how many shares the CEO, CFO and COO have accumulated to date with their 'EMPLOYEE share purchase plan'.... COMBINED!

Paul R. Baay - 1245087 shares, Scott Budau - 55671 shares, and James Shipka - 117935 shares. IN TOTAL - 1418693 SHARES.

That is JUST 0.88% of the issued share capital. For the three amigos in the 'Leadership Team', who have the most knowledge about the company that is PITIFUL .... BRASSO !

ESPECIALLY, after all the spouting by Paul Baay that the company is so undervalued, and is just about to undergo a 'transformational' change with exploration drilling.

BUT then he was also spouting about how the company did NOT NEED any PLACING, and then did a placing when the share price was at it's lowest point.....NOW THAT IS BEING STUPID BRASSO !

Once the market sees the debt (net debt) start to come down in Q1 and Q2 with the reduced drilling activity the share price will be much higher.

What is standard about a year end Reserves Report? - that are all totally unique!

And highly encouraging to the investment case when they contain increases to both 1p and 2P reserves in a year when production increased by circa 25%!

They have produced 700,000 barrels of oil since the last reserve report and still managed to increase 1P and 2P reserves.

Only a few months before the lowest risk drill starts, not much volume at the moment but things will pick up very soon.

CEO did also state although they slowed down production program they are still increasing production so should see 2100bopd increased a bit in the next update aswell.

Touchstone balance sheet is dire in comparison.

As a result of operating the business more like a life-style company for the Board and their friends, many retail investors have experienced a 28p to 12.5p drop in the valuation of their TRIN investment in 9 months together with a 40% dilution - if that's low risk, count me out! Particularly since, any serious production increase upside there will require huge amounts of finance they do not have.
