Someone has to be an antidote to the rampers - even if che7win has given up, there are still some ridiculously rosy scenarios being peddled on here. |
I didn't think they did hold bally? |
And yet your 3rd post of the day on a share you hold with contempt. "comedy gold" |
So still on plan!!just on a much larger scale now with extra acreage, more drill targets, facilities and possible LNG.Paul may be right FTSE 250 company lol |
Have TXP shareholders not heard that before? |
Times change they just wanted oil, technology and knowledge has improved hugely since the old Shell drills but it still won't be easy. The seismic is all there and we have a top guy in Xavier for the geology, the best ground is ours and infrastructure is mostly in place. The new Prime Minister Stuart Young, we have a good relationship with him also.It may have been very slow to this point but the boxes are getting ticked off. This will be a much different company in a couple of years from now. |
Exactly. Bit of retrofitting going on there. Still makes the geology sound less random than it actually is. Otherwise bigger and better companies than TXP would have been all over it back in the day. The reality here is problematic geology and a problematic fiscal regime. How is that toxic combination ever going to see TXP shareholders right? |
Here's a link to the presentation. Thought it was ok myself. |
Tell you what though SAVE appear to have been shafted today. Bloody hell!! |
39316, I dont remember him highlighting or referencing this phenomenon in earlier glossy videos. Surely, before this happened, it would have been a good idea to explain this "issue" to the "non industry " people then, lol! IMHO. I'll get a new coat. |
39314, sorry wasn't clear enough, that was in reference to "non industry people" not "understanding declining profiles" comment which I'm led to believe was a comment in video? Apologies if that is wrong because as I say, havenae seen it. As ever all IMHO, DYOR. Best of luck to all holders of which I am one and not a de-ramper!! |
I'd say there is an awful lot regarding wells ("planning and OPS"), procurement, contract negotiations and BD contracts that these muppets don't understand and are on a steep learning curve, either, lol (best well ever amongst many many other quotes etc etc).
=====================
It is not that type of presentation......no detail.....broad brush stuff....how great the prospects are and its "jam tomorrow". |
Also said shell aquisition likely complete next month. |
Paul B Video.
At least its a professionally produced presentation......my guess....is aimed at new investors.
# No expats in T&T......mmm.
# Now started doing a "Sonic" in the wells......to tie the geology in well to the seismic.
# Could not drill the 2 wells (Casc 4 & 5) last year because of the "Bridge too Far".....it rained.....Currently.....rig is shut down because of pumps = probably up drilling in a couple of weeks. |
Hi, yes but it was the written version posted by Xavier.I liked the video, found it interesting and justified why I topped up recently.A lot to like if you are prepared to be patient.Yes it's difficult to drill in Trinidad but we have the fairway and 229 drill locations. The Shell plant and LNG will make a huge difference. |
ballymoss18 - You mean this video that was paid for by TXP? |
If you believe this:
“The production profile typically follows a pattern where initial production might reach 40 million cubic feet per day, with first-year declines potentially reaching 70%. However, production then stabilizes for long-term production spanning 15-20 years.”
Is it possibly 13-18 years too soon to make that generalisation? |
A nice read in Crux investor makes you realise what massive potential we have here. |
Worth it if I can be any kind of antidote to the che7wins. |
1SG don't raise your hopes to much if you think it's going to be a news rich year. You can guarantee it will take 3 years to happen.Hopefully things will come good eventually. |
Yet here you are ACT, probably the most comments on the board in the last 12 months. |
How long have you been in TXP? |
