Caveat Emptor TXP

No information about variation in flow rates/actual flow rates!!! Why? Going by prior RNS of TXP - what is omitted is more often than not a negative that is being withheld.

One well bought online - perhaps issues with the second well!!!

Nothing about current TXP production? And updates as to the steep decline curves of the prior two Casc wells!!!

No update on cash at hand!!!

I would stay in as perhaps some momentum - but imho TXP is not a buy and long term hold stock as I am of the view that TXP is overly optimistic on the Cascadura Geology / Is still figuring it out!!!

Its about the share price now......went to the bottom of the range last week......now well out of it.

Given that I have been predicting mid Nov for ages......I am happy.

"We expect to complete testing operations within the next two weeks, after which both the Cascadura-2ST1 and Cascadura-3ST1 wells will enter continuous production."........so, mid Nov.

The question now is......are we going to get a macro share price rise to 50......or a short term gain.

Gas is flowing, I'm assuming TXP will be making sure that they know the geology and likely decline rates before releasing a flow rates RNS or at least a statement that the current flow rates are flush production.

The continual need for side tracks is questionable as well. I understand that there are difficult conditions but, there are learning curves and it seems available equipment, that could have been mob'd earlier to help control better. Why so long for both of these? As ever all IMHO.

In the case of Coho 1 the "sub optimal drilling" is true or at least, it was in an RNS.

Respectfully to JM I'm not sure its spot, on there are many other weaknesses that are just as contributory to our current position.
You could continue that with they need a better drilling team as well.
A better legal team re acquisition.
A better commercial and finance team re amongst many other things, rig Mob and then sitting doing nothing plus no mitigation of stand by costs, plus share dilutions.
A better PR and especially IR team?
If the "rumours" (which I dont personally believe) are true, regarding sub optimal drilling locations, a better exploration team to push back on this.
The list goes on and on however, fundamentally after such a long time the buck simply stops at the "C" suite needing to be "better"?!
All IMHO of course but I don't just think it's construction that's the issue. DYOR.

I don't know more than anyone else.....its just a guess based on experience.

There is just too much "rose tinted glasses" around.

TXP management don't know what they are doing.....and make crazy calls based on their wishful thinking.

Junky Monkey has it spot on......they need a bunch of good construction managers.....more than 1.....but for the various projects.

Pipeline.....the Casc A facilities....the bridge, etc. Get the projects done quickly and effectively, and co-ordinated in an overall plan which gives you the end date.

In addition.....there is no action in share price which is saying that the gas in going be flowing soon.
Going to the bottom of the current share price range could be one......as they load up at the bottom for max profit.

I think Domus....like a lot of the guys on the Discord.....got carried away by the last presentation......which was good......bit did not actually give any cluse on when Casc 2 and 3 wells would flow.

Anyway......its going to be soon.

Under, the current score is 15-love to Domus but, you could smash him out of the park if your Nov 15th forecast is a reality?!
Awaiting with baited breath!!
To be (very!) clear not putting Domus down at all because always interested to hear their POV, just having a lickle bit of fun while we wait for the latest "update"!!!
