Yes a good recommendation, I got in just a little above the price you mention. Done a bit of research and dipped a toe in. Granted you always wish you'd jumped in with both feet at this point in time but hey!! it's good to see something doing well

Every time that TERN is mentioned on here its like rubbing salt in the wounds, up another 15% today to 26p as I type. Funny how things go, I know that a few of us were looking at both TERN and TGL 4/5 years ago when Stig was slagging both companies off. And some of us thought along the lines of if Stig is de-ramping then these companies so aggressively they will undoubtedly come good in the end. Well I was going to go half and half with my high risk cash but ended up all in here, and the rest is history.

Did anyone buy some TERN shares?

f'ing tern.. i lost a load of money when it was slme.. but got out near 10p.. it dropped to 0.2 after relisting.. and i was wishing i'd have bought.. never mind 10 bag.. that was 100 bag. the trouble is the tern management isnt to be trusted abit like this.. slme i knew the management.. but they really got swindled in america.

i doubt this will do that tbh.. big shame.

ZMNO are incentivised to get a deal done quickly due to the listing time constraints we fell foul to. All fingers crossed.

HH, your are more familiar with the process here. Could it be good for us, neutral or negative? All scenarios pretty much better than current position although technically we do own GOS and some CQC share that would not want given away just to get a listing. June not too far away and fits in with Cheesys timeframe from recent call.

Well if it actually does happen it will be nice to see them back in the market, they have aprox 100m shares out and TGL/inteli 600m.

It does feel a great time to get back to market, hopefully not too much dilution in the process. We delisted at £4m so hopefully they have achieved that valuation or higher.

You never know Hedge. As for TERN well they are without a doubt one of the most interesting companies I have seen for a long while. Massive potential.

It would be fantastic if this could perform the same

“ … Whilst this process has been ongoing the Board has also received a number of proposals regarding possible investment opportunities that would involve a retention of the Company's listing. The Board did not consider the large majority of such approaches to be in the best interest of Shareholder's; however, more detailed discussions have continued with one party and the Company has recently signed a memorandum of understanding with that party to acquire certain operating assets in return for the issue of new shares in the Company which will constitute a reverse takeover transaction. Alongside the reverse takeover transaction the new group will also raise new capital via an underwritten issue of new shares to a new investor. zamano shareholders will be offered an opportunity to participate in the new placing pursuant to the proposed reverse takeover transaction and it is intended that the funds from such a placing will be used to develop the new business. Under the arrangement referred to above, zamano shareholders will also be offered an opportunity to tender up to 100% of their current shareholding in the company for cash in a share tender programme.

The proposed reverse takeover transaction referred to above would require the approval of shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting. Details of the shares to be issued to the counterparty and the new investors in conjunction with the reverse takeover and capital raise referred to above, together with any return of cash to shareholders, will be communicated to shareholders by the end of June 2018 at the latest.

In this regard, we would advise shareholders that should the transaction contemplated in the signed memorandum of understanding not proceed for any reason, that the Board will immediately seek to obtain approval from shareholders for a cash distribution. We will, of course, keep shareholders fully appraised of all ongoing developments as they arise while we seek to provide stakeholders with the optimal commercial outcome. …”




TERN's recent ten-bagging from 2p suggests that this could be a good time for a small tech security company to come to market.

In view of the fact that we are not a listed company, they can be as open as they wish as far as I am aware there are no restrictions or price sensitive stuff. Why the silence then? Well one thing is for certain, if they had any good news I'm sure they would have broadcast it from the roof tops. There was a lack of transparency when we were in gold exploration in Columbia and this has continued, some things never change.

Any ideas as to why they seem to have gone radio silent? I can only mainly think of a negative reason at the moment.... getting more hacked off with this ‘situationR17; by the day... 3 yrs a long time with not much news or transparency
