28/5/2024 16:38 | I have no rose tinted glasses on - I haven't expressed opinions on whether TST's performance this year will be good or bad. I'm merely posting relevant info from broker forecasts etc and from buying and selling going on online. However, as I HAVE posted before, TST has a number of positives, namely: - good recurring income at 40%+ of sales - a huge cash pile of £3m+ relative to the £8m m/cap - both international and domestic expansion plans - increasing and higher margin software sales - top quality leadership from IM Separately, you may or may not be right to be pessimistic re trading, but neither you nor I know what's going on in the background. So I don't make endless pointless posts which are pure guesswork, from either a positive or negative perspective. Your negativity is just repetitive and tiresome - let's just wait and see what transpires, when you can either congratulate yourself on your insight, or not! | rivaldo
28/5/2024 15:03 | The more you write, the worse it sounds. For starters, you haven't a clue as to how many TST shares I hold and to offer to buy them not knowing, is pathetic, let alone how to go about such a transaction. If you want to increase your holding then buy in the open market, which clearly you ain't doing. Then as far as letting the right people know my feelings, well we all have emails and for sure they know, hope that helps David. Rivaldo, you need to take off those Rose tinted glasses, the company even said that orders are being left to the last minute ,where as before they weren't. If we get a trading update next week and there are no hidden nasty surprises, then great, but management haven't been forth coming with them of late,so don't hold your breath. | cocker
28/5/2024 13:28 | The very encouraging online limits do indeed bode well for the share price in the short-term. Especially as the share price isn't being supported by buybacks. If TST gets taken out then great. Otherwise, there may be a trading update at the 3rd June AGM next week. So no need to reply to every post with a miserabilist follow-up! | rivaldo
28/5/2024 11:33 | Does it?, no contract news since British sugar isn't quite as good, not the lack of share buy backs. Ultimately being taken out is probably the best option for us all. | cocker
28/5/2024 11:17 | Online you can buy just a maximum of 500 shares at the full 100p offer, whereas you can sell 9,000 at 96p. Which bodes well. | rivaldo
22/5/2024 06:50 | CGT prevents me from doing so, plus lucky I didn't take you up on you pathetic offer the other day. Happy to drip feed the market as when I feel necessary. | cocker
21/5/2024 21:29 | You could have sold 30k the other day. Have you tried asking the company if they want to buy them back in one go? | davidosh
21/5/2024 16:27 | Wanted too, still do but have only shifted 15k to date. So oceans to go and hopefully share price will rise allowing me to do so | cocker
21/5/2024 07:57 | Even better now online - you can only buy a maximum 100 shares at 100p, whilst you can sell 30,000 shares at a premium at 92.9p. | rivaldo
17/5/2024 09:46 | No wonder the price is rising. Online now you can only buy a maximum 500 shares at the full 95p offer, whilst you can sell at least 35,000 shares at 90p. That's exceptional demand by TST's standards. | rivaldo
17/5/2024 08:06 | Good to see a couple of days of rises on minimal volumes - and the spread reduced to a vey nice 3p. Likely not much stock around. | rivaldo
08/5/2024 11:02 | Where are all the buybacks?, something tells me that perhaps they feel that the share price is likely to go lower in the short/medium term. Otherwise they surely would be buying up their own stock! | cocker
30/4/2024 08:15 | Any buybacks would have to be announced ASAP via RNS, so if there's any buying going on it's not from TST buybacks. Not yet anyway! | rivaldo
29/4/2024 22:30 | Not me, I have only shifted 15k so far. | cocker
29/4/2024 17:58 | Well one must assume that all these 5k 10k buys are TST picking up their own stock, but who is giving it all to them? | cocker
24/4/2024 07:24 | Thanks for your efforts Davidosh. Management team should be doing more of that themselves rather than you having to!! | adamb1978
23/4/2024 21:05 | AdamB1978...I am working hard to really improve the latter the rest is down to the price reaching a level where liquidity appears | davidosh
23/4/2024 15:46 | The problem with valuing TST is whether you value it as it is today (i.e. with minimal liquidity and minimal investor-facing activity) or do you apply a multiple which assumes those are fixed? I'd work on the background that the latter is upside given there is no clarity on when it might be fixed, but as a base case its more sensible to apply recent trading range. I still think these are cheap, but only have a small position due to the liquidity | adamb1978
23/4/2024 09:56 | Good to see 30,000 shares bought this morning in three tranches, at steadily increasing buying prices up to 89.75p. | rivaldo |
