06/10/2023 09:24 | All sounds pretty impressive, unlike the share buyback programme. | cocker
02/10/2023 21:18 | the TS8200 is equipped with a remarkable near far scanning range, spanning from an astonishing 2.2 inches (5.6 cm) to a range of over 40 feet (12.2 meters). ..from 2.2 inches to over 40 feet ! That's impressive ! | smithie6
02/10/2023 14:11 | Product upgrade news -sounds good: "the ideal rugged handheld device to take warehouse and logistics operations up a gear" Incidentally, materiality in terms of contracts is normally 10% of turnover etc, so a large hurdle to cross for RNS disclosure - but if a contract if less than that but has significance in terms of the importance of the client or in terms of strategy or geography for example, then a PLC can issue an RNSNON on the Reach service. | rivaldo
27/9/2023 09:17 | from recent contract, I thought this was impressive "To further enhance the efficiency, via a click of a button, jobs are automatically allocated vehicles in the most efficient order ..." | smithie6
27/9/2023 09:16 | Packmann If not material to results then no RNS is allowed. But a non-RNS info release can happen to the stk mkt. 'material' is I think defined as 20% but I might be wrong. | smithie6
25/9/2023 08:05 | Because their value alone is not high enough to impact revenue, is my educated guess. However, it seems the in flow of them will underpin the company going forward. | cocker
24/9/2023 21:31 | Why are these contracts never released as a RNS on the LSE? | packman8
22/9/2023 08:55 | Another contract on web site and this one looks rather chunky | cocker
18/9/2023 13:28 | The Calor Ireland contract win looks very tasty: "CALOR IRELAND – Major system upgrade TO OPTIMISE DELIVERY AND BOOST CUSTOMER SATISFACTION 13 September 2023 CALOR IRELAND – Major system upgrade TO OPTIMISE DELIVERY AND BOOST CUSTOMER SATISFACTION 14th September 2023, Manchester UK – Touchstar client Calor Ireland make a further significant investment in ‘Fuelstar&rsqu About Calor Every day, Calor supplies LPG, BioLPG, LNG and Autogas to its customers: homes and businesses off the mains gas grid. 13/9/2023 21:06 | Reading companies house information it says 100 % is in administration, wtf. However, Calor Ireland new contract on web site | cocker
13/9/2023 12:30 | 100 % plus logistics selects pod star, long overdue contract news! | cocker
12/9/2023 04:46 | fuelsoft ltd would be a suitable purchase. | russman
11/9/2023 13:14 | Correction RNS on the trade and other payables now issued | dolittle1
07/9/2023 20:39 | But perhaps also an element of excitement, no ? A small acquisition in USA, Brazil, Europe, Asia, of a company with sales outlets for TST type products; that would be exciting imo, for example. While yes, if it was for £2.5 million the acquired company would surely not be very big. | smithie6
07/9/2023 19:54 | it is not surprising to see a little weakness on these results after TST's good run this year but the results look satisfactory to me. It does look as if some of the £2.5 million cash may be spent on an acquisition soon. This prospect introduces an element of uncertainty as does Mr Martin's intention to retire. | varies
07/9/2023 19:01 | Trade payables normally does "not" imo comprise movement in trade creditors But Is a report of the trade creditors !!..as the line entry says !!! You have to compare with what it was previously if you want to know the movement/change in that amount. (Your point about 860k versus 60k might be correct; I haven't looked, ..since the numbers looked good to me) | smithie6
07/9/2023 10:06 | Cash flow statement doesn't add up (literally). Trade & other payables line should be (860) not (60) and comprises movement in trade creditors and contract liabilities. Big seasonality in cash flows. | leading
07/9/2023 08:09 | Good opportunity to add a few more so I've done that. | hydrus
07/9/2023 06:54 | Decent results, but feel as if I wanted more. Share buy back at todays share price leaves around only 75,000 shares to be bought this year now. | cocker
07/9/2023 06:43 | & div policy has started. eps should accelerate this year with the buyback. | russman
07/9/2023 06:29 | A fine set of interims with 1/3 mcap in cash now. Outlook seems exciting. | hydrus
22/8/2023 07:32 | As I said in post 2132 above, it was actually 21st June - almost on the half year date - when TST stated: "Trading conditions and trends remain positive and are consistent with market expectations" Given this, you woouldn't necessarily expect any further update until the interims, which last year were on 15th September so not long to wait. The share price has consolidated nicely around these recent highs. I'm optimistic that the interims will support further rises, particularly with the share buybacks in reserve. | rivaldo
21/8/2023 15:10 | No TU and no news since 16th of june, one can only hope it's to depress share price for buybacks and for nowt else | cocker |
