16/5/2023 09:07 | Yes, I've read it (the substantial transaction section) and it specifically 'excludes any transactions of a revenue nature in the normal course of business' | cockerhoop
15/5/2023 23:26 | Garbetklb13 May '23 - 07:56 - 1998 of 2009 Is anyone thinking of attending the AGM on 22nd May? It is Mello2023 on the 23rd and 24th May so you could do a combined trip down to see us all | davidosh
15/5/2023 16:04 | Thanks for the clarification. Do you have a reference to that particular minimum 10% of annual turnover rule? | cockerhoop
15/5/2023 15:33 | Not sure that's correct Rivaldo, I think it's much more due to the attitude of company management. For example see the number of small contracts JNEO have RNS'd this year. | cockerhoop
15/5/2023 12:38 | The materiality limits for RNS disclosure are extremely rigorous at minimum 10% of annual turnover etc. Any contract announced on the web site could therefore be for anything up to 10% of turnover. So therefore potentially extremely material, just not large enough for an RNS. And the weight and increased regularity of such news recently suggests a continuation of the positive tone of recent RNSs. | rivaldo
15/5/2023 12:19 | Ukog gusher news about to land | johnjames876
15/5/2023 08:57 | TST have clearly recommended Zebra and are making a profit on any contract it provides, your point is a bit like saying a bricklayer doesn't make his own bricks. | cocker
14/5/2023 14:53 | duh ! (some poster(s) seemed to think the news was significant to the TST shares, whereas it looks to be, well, irrelevant since TST are just providing hardware from a USA company. I'm a fan of TST but let us keep to the truth in posts) | smithie6
14/5/2023 12:50 | Clearly states Zebra recommended by TST on both contracts, so can't see a problem whatsoever. | cocker
14/5/2023 11:13 | Btw Zebra Cap. value ~13700 million $ Sales in 1 qtr of >1000 million $ !! !! ======== The recent hardware sales is imo for Zebra hardware, (NGF St Helens going for " Zebra’s MC3300ax handheld mobile computer. " & Nymas have gone for "Zebra’s TC21 handheld touch computer" ) not TST hardware. A bit dissapointing that no rugged TST hardware was chosen. | smithie6
13/5/2023 07:56 | Is anyone thinking of attending the AGM on 22nd May? | garbetklb
12/5/2023 13:51 | And another with NGF Europe. Wow what a week! | cocker
12/5/2023 13:46 | Contract annouced today with Nymas group. Well its only a matter of when and not if, the shares will rerate. | cocker
11/5/2023 12:04 | A Geo Connect video just uploaded on You Tube from TST. | cocker
10/5/2023 05:36 | With regards to Chelverton, IM was non executive director there for ten years if i'm reading it right. Pretty sure I remember a connection back along, but time passes and one can often forget. So the buyback programme has another twist maybe. I still personally see that it would have to be done via a broker and albeit IM has a very good paper profit at the moment, would he sell at this level? | cocker
09/5/2023 18:33 | ....sounds impressive the different functions provided by the Touchstar solution. Well done Touchstar. | smithie6
09/5/2023 11:41 | Very good and welcome news, momentum continuing. | hastings
09/5/2023 10:10 | Down and yet i doubt no one has seen the new contract with DDC Energi of Denmark. Just the start of a flurry of contacts to come from abroad one has to assume! | cocker
03/5/2023 22:56 | Interesting to see the market accepting sales of around 16k shares today without missing a beat, which is most unusual for TST. I'd guess there's a buyer out there mopping up stock. | rivaldo
30/4/2023 13:44 | Obviously with every investment there is a risk & in these trouble times stock selection becomes ever more important, especially here on AIM where so many are basically a fraud. Now for me TST represents an extreme low risk high reward scenario just like YU. Group has. Both extremely well run, both low risk/high reward and both cash rich, TST even more so. All in all its not going to take a lot to move this stock a lot higher & i suspect when it happens, it will become even harder to build any sort of holding. | cocker |
