07/3/2022 14:44 | Paraphrasing, Gil commented a while back that there were lots of keen potential investors who may invest in Block 2B at the asset or SPV level, so drilling would not necessarily be dilutive at the corporate level for ECO. The two major discoveries at Venus and Graff will have strengthened that case significantly. Even if there is a placing it will not be to flippers unlike with other stocks, but to those with sticky hands, likely going to Africa Oil (Lundin Group), Charlestown Energy and Seacrest (AZINAM). They are buying shares to own the business. Africa oil has repeatedly taken stock at near to or at a premium to the market price, even at a 30% premium on one occasion. | ![]() phoebus_av

03/3/2022 01:15 | h&t, think you will find that Seacrest Capital were part founders of eco ahead of their listing, through their exploration company Azimuth, which were the umbrella, which covered AziNam, AiNor, AzeiRe, AziLat, Seapulse and Okea So I wouldn't write off a Seapulse deal yet Azimuth Agreement On December 22, 2011, the Company announced that it entered into an agreement with Azimuth, an exploration and production company jointly owned by Seacrest Capital Ltd. and Petroleum Geo-Services ASA (“PGS”). A definitive farm-out agreement with Azimuth was signed and publicly announced on April 12, 2012 (the “Azimuth FOA”). Pursuant to the Azimuth FOA, Azimuth acquired a 20% working interest in each of the Company’s Offshore Licenses in return for funding 40% of the cost of 3D seismic surveys covering 2,500 square kilometers across all three Offshore Licenses. The assignment of the 20% working interest in the Offshore Licenses to Azimuth was approved by the Ministry on May 31, 2012. As a result of this transaction, the Company’s interest in the Offshore Licenses is 70%, Azimuth has a 20% interest, and NAMCOR has a 10% interest. The Company has retained the project management group Kinley Exploration, which will, together with Azimuth, be responsible for designing, sourcing and operating all aspects of the 3D seismic program. | jimarilo
